I enjoyed the variety of games and ease of use of the website. I got the newbie promotion years ago when joining but there don't seem to be many for existing players.

I've been waiting nearly three weeks for a withdrawal! I've withdrawn previously with no issue but this time I've been asked for documents which I provided over two weeks ago. Live chat don't assist other than to say to be patient and the compliance and support emails never get responded to :( not a small withdrawal either so seems very obstructive.

Just a little note for the mods reading this first up, the “visit casino” button at the top of this page is broken at the moment, best get that fixed to make sure you guys earn your well deserved affiliate revenue 😉

Spin Rider isn’t the silliest name I’ve ever heard for a casino and I do love the design of the site – very slick and modern with lots of buttery smooth HTML5-based animation effects scattered around, making the site a pleasure to use in both desktop and mobile modes. I never thought I would see the day when almost two dozen different slot providers seemed something on the low side, but alas that’s the time we have now reached (lol) ! That’s not a negative in my book though, certainly not in this case anyway – Most of the heavy hitters are present and correct and I was able to find all of my favourite games on offer here including Play’n’go titles such as Legacy of Egypt despite them not being listed as a supported provider here at Askgamblers.

Live chat responded immediately to my request late at night which could mean they were either very quiet at that time, or that they are adequately staffed around the clock… hard to say which it is for sure!

I also commend the casino for releasing my withdrawal much faster than the 48 hour pending time listed here on this page too. Seems to be the way with a lot of the casinos I play at these days, maybe its about time AG did an audit of the casinos on their books to ensure this information is up to date?? Total time from requesting first withdrawal to receiving it back to my card was approximately 20 hours. Admittedly my Monzo card is very fast with things like this too, but the fact it took less than a day in total tells you for certain that SpinRider must have done their part very fast indeed.

I’ve become quite fond of the White Hat casino group in recent years, what can be interesting though is the huge spread in variation between the different terms offered with regards to their bonus offerings, withdrawal terms and other such things. For example, at 21 Prive, another casino I have reviewed this month, their bonuses are all set as wagering on the bonus amount only, whereas here at Spinrider you’ll need to wager your full deposit amount as well as the free bonus funds as well. This has a dramatic effect on match bonuses lower than 100% and is a HUGE factor when deciding whether to even bother with playing such bonuses for me. I actually suspect that White Hat could infact be something akin to a “White label” provider, with individual franchisees able to set their own terms as they please whilst gaining the positive reputation of the more generous brands also operating under this umbrella. I can’t say I support this methodology very much.

Great casino easy to navigate and mobile friendly. Will be getting used more often, nice wins and you don't get hammered by dead spins like other casinos. Kept me entertained for hours.

The casino is extremely good, the support is the best I've seen so far much thanks to Caxton and Ronaldo if I'm not mistaken 😁 so many good slots and the 200% bonus is very nice. I strongly suggest that everyone should give it a try!

Maybe just the first withdraw took a little longer but no problem 🙂

I have nothing bad to report about spin rider tbh. They are really on it behind the scenes with the games and level of service as well as the money in and out which is very easy. Very happy so far and I have won a few decent pots as well.

My second review of Spin Rider.
They added many " Play and Go "games, so there is my last star ;-)
Pay outs are much faster than the 2 days pending.
Really good payouts and bonusses.

Only thing I would chance is; they still recall the 2 days pending but in real time the money is in 24 hours in my bank account.

Best casino I have come across. (Played at a lot)..welcome bonus is the the most generous I've seen too... First deposit I made I ended up cashing out 18k... Mind you it did take me over 10hours to get through the wagering (went into bonus money).. Customer service is also excellent!! Especially beti and and kitty..

The 48 hours cash out pending. Although they put it down to 24hours when they made me a VIP..

Not much maybe the 48 hours pending. Thats the only thing, but they don't delay after the 48 hours and payout fast so.... and maybe add some Play&Go games and they get 10 stars ;-)

The layout/bonus and £4000 winning was paid into my account within 3 days!

The only thing wrong is that twice I had to ask for my log in details as the password wouldn't work. after being advised to go onto google Chrome and try, I was locked out. I was then told that I had to wait 24 hours to be able to change my password and log in.

Very good site, most the slots I play is here. Nice layout, games loads fast no crashing. I can fault withdraw was in my bank within 3 days
