Bad support that dont answer the question
Terrible support, bad place to play, they have a withdrawal limit x amount for 7 days, so if you exceed the amount, you have to wait. Also blocked my account so I cannot withdraw the rest amount left.
To make it short, Easy to insert money but hard hard to withdraw, they want us play all the with the money instead.

I have to say I’ve read many negative reviews on other sites, so I was wary when I withdraw a big payout of 17000.
I sent them all my ID straight away, waited 2 days and no communication and was very worried, to my surprise on the morning of the 2nd day the money was in my account with no problems at all.
All other withdrawals are also in my account by the 2nd day, so that is pretty fast.
Do not like the pending withdrawals, I prefer not to have the option of pending withdrawals.

They have many different providers and BTG they would be complete with play n go. And a couple of more. They have instant chat. And I get good promotion so that's why I play here.
The chat at times when you ask question reply to something that you didn't ask. Many of times this happends. And it's so wrong. Also the spins have cap when you complete them. And have a further cap after waggering. But it does not say in terms that the spins are capped twice. And they are as explained. No trustly withdraw. If there was cap on the spins it would be 9/10 and highly reccomend
