Submitted all the required ID documentations on Sunday the 6th of August and now the 11th of August and still my account is not verified yet and therefore my withdrawal cannot be processed. Received an email from them back on Sunday the 6th of August saying they have received my ID documentations and they wrote it will be acted within 48 hours. It has been more than 96 hours now and still no actions.
