I made a withdrawal on the 29th December 2017. It is now the 9th January and I have not received my money.
No communication although I have emailed 8 times and used the live chat twice. I am only receiving generic answers copied and pasted from them.
I send all documents on the 29th - and more on the 30th.
I am at a loss of what to do now. No one will help me or tell me what’s going on. I am locked out of my account without any explanation.
Please can you help me chase this up as I am getting absolutely no where.
