This is the absolute worst, scammy casino I've ever played at. Takes your money in seconds, has zero withdrawal options after registering while advertising for like 20 different options before registering. Terrible support, bad place to play, they have a withdrawal limit x amount for 7 days, so if you exceed the amount, you have to wait. Also blocked my account so I cannot withdraw the rest amount left.

To make it short, Easy to insert money but hard hard to withdraw, they want us play all the with the money instead.

I have to say I’ve read many negative reviews on other sites, so I was wary when I withdraw a big payout of 17000.

I sent them all my ID straight away, waited 2 days and no communication and was very worried, to my surprise on the morning of the 2nd day the money was in my account with no problems at all.

All other withdrawals are also in my account by the 2nd day, so that is pretty fast.

Do not like the pending withdrawals, I prefer not to have the option of pending withdrawals.

My experience with customer service has been a bad one. I raised a gameplay issue with live chat who escalated the matter. After 2 weeks of asking for an update and receiving nameless generic replies I finally received an answer which had nothing to do with the issue raised. Good luck if you need something sorting out.
