Slotnite Casino - Refusing withdrawal by making the account verification impossible
On the 22/04 I submitted a withdrawal, or which I have done many times with this casino with no issues whatsoever.

After 2 days I’d of usually received these funds, however I still hadn’t. So I contacted them to be told I needed to prove ownership of ONE card. I then complied and sent off the necessary document.

2 days later I still had no correspondence, so again it was ME, who contacted THEM to find out the issue. I was then told they wanted proof of ownership of a further THREE cards. After explaining these cards were no longer active I was told (and have proof) that a statement or an account confirmation letter would be sufficient to release my money. So again, I sent off these documents.

After still not hearing back I was forced to contact them AGAIN, to then be told this wasn’t possible to accept and it would need to be a letter stating I owned the cards. After getting in touch with 2 separate banks (Halifax and Santander), I was told this isn’t something the bank would issue, and a statement showing the funds going to the merchant should be sufficient.

After taking this back to Slotnite they have now closed my account without actioning my withdrawal and are completely ignoring any further correspondence.

All this is from me having to contact them and not being told first hand there are any problems.

I have since gone back providing full bank statements to be completely ignored again.

Slotnite Casino - 3 months delayed payment

Hi!

Yes! As if today it has been exactly 3 months since I made a withdrawal request on Slotnite gambling site.

I have been back and forth with very unhelpful customer support via chat almost daily and had many negative thoughts as well as felt very cheated by the same site that has received certainly 20x that sum in 2 weeks i have played there.

I have made 3 withdrawal requests in the beginning of December 2021.

1st request of 300€

2nd request of 300€

3rd request of 145€

2nd and 3rd request I have cancelled and played out the money on casino games.

The first however stayed like it was pending withdrawal for a couple of weeks. After which they replied my question on chat (again not their initiative) that they have a problem with my withdrawal and that it has been rejected by my bank. Which has never ever happened in all my online gaming experience but ok. Fine. Till this day they are replying with the same exact scripted sentence "the economy team is resolving the issue". No further information is issued even as a affected paying customer i got the feeling each time like i was just a burden and annoying. Which is the opposite of the meaning "customer service".

Anyways... I gave it a try tonight as well where i coldly got a reply if I even have evidence of the withdrawal request like screenshot or what not!? Meaning that they are not even trying to fix my issue or payout my long delayed requested sum but they don't even know it exists apparently...

I have given up almost totally and figured that it is a scam. And the money has been stolen. They contacted me several times in the past three months with the inquiry if I want to choose an alternative payment method (Paypal, Skrill) to receive my money. To which i replied "yes please...whatever just pay it out". Recieved confirmation of customer service in that it has been an accepted and fixed and that i should allow few days for the transfer. Again both Skrill and Paypal are instant transfer/payment sites which seemed weird for why wait again?

In summary, i have been lied to and sinned around in circles by this site for a quarter of a year now. I hope you can help me to resolve this issue if possible!? Apparently the people who are suppose to lack motivation and really

Slotnite actually has a promising set of games, all thanks to their game providers. The site is easy to navigate and I think their bonuses they offer are pretty good too. At first, I was fine with their limited payment methods since I got my bonus.

However, the site started to have some errors and a part of my deposits were lost after I used the bonus money. It was just frustrating and their chat support didn't even reply to me...

Love the lay out! Played a fair few times.. lost some won some. The amount of games on the site are easily seen and played hardly ever with reloading or freezing. Customer service advisors are really welcoming and quick to help you with answers I withdrew a few times from here had the money sent to PayPal after about 10-15 minutes.

The last withdrawal I made was last night 10pm usually would have Received my winnings shortly after but seems to take a while will check back and update tomorrow morning to update.

As you wish, but you can develop bonuses for each brought friend. I liked everything with you very much, mainly the honest payment of the winnings. Next time I will bring a dozen friends. Let's have fun.

But I would like to speed up the transactions for withdrawing funds to a wallet or bank card a little. Too long time. Maybe some more accelerated withdrawal for verified clients and for a certain percentage. It would be nice.

Perhaps the coolest casino I've ever played. Small commission when withdrawing money. I also found a couple of new and interesting slot machines here. He won and lost, about 60 to 40. The sums were still small, he removed a maximum of 40 thousand in one payment. Withdrawn in a day.

On a weak PC, playing with comfort is unlikely to come out, it will slow down. I would like to have more draws or free spins. And in general, everything suits me. So I'll call my friends for sure.

I ended up signing up at Slotnite from a “15 free spins on Starburst” e-mail I received one time, I guess I was either drunk or desperate because I decided to sign up anyway… or maybe it was something to do with the fact it was a White Hat group casino, who knows eh… 😉 Regardless, I quickly became fond of this casino for its great design, especially when playing on my desktop which Is still my favourite way to play… call me something of a traditionalist I suppose, but I just don’t enjoy playing as much on a tiny screen with tinny sound. It just seems so much more clinical and makes it difficult for me to forget I am simply interacting with a random number generator as opposed to playing “real” casino games.

You also get 100 free spins on top ofyour 100% match bonus at Slotnite which is possibly the most generous of any of the White Hat casino properties. Sadly, the wagering requirement is on both the deposit and bonus amount, but like at Spinrider you don’t actually start that wagering requirement until you have lost your entire initial deposit so that does make it a whole lot better.

Very unprofessional.

I only joined this casino on 11 June due to seeing it had a 96% user rating. I got a 100% bonus which I played on 11th and 12th of June. The choice of games was massive although a small selection were not available to play with bonus funds. They are very slow, very long pending time. These small casinoes have to learn alot from bigboys in branch. Support! They dont try to reflect content to management, its not a good casino, i wont play there more.
