Figured I would give this second deposit bonus a blast as I wanted to get a good nights playtime in. I set out with low expectations given that the 35x wager is for the deposit and bonus amounts – effectively a 70x wager requirement. My first pleasant surprise though came when my 50 bonus free spins were awarded on Gonzos Quest rather than that weird “Turn Your Fortune” game that was suddenly in favour for a while not long ago. I quite like Gonzos, even If it can be REAL tight with the bonus rounds!
I actually had a bit of an accident (sounds dodgy I know…) when playing this one through too, clicking max bet at the wrong time resulted in a spin of £5.60 when the maximum allowed is only £5 when playing with a bonus. I contacted support straight away and they were very reassuring and told me if I did come to cash out and it was only the one spin, it had been noted on my account and the finance team wouldn’t be too harsh on me regarding it. This did make me feel better but fell a little short of the guaranteed peace of mind I’d been hoping for. As it turned out it didn’t really matter anyway as I went bust, but it would have been nice if I could have confirmed what happened for you folks here at Askgamblers.
As ever with White Hat group casinos, more often than not when I opened up one of the games I like to play my bonus balance was completely absent, indicating they are on the zero contribution list. This is a nicer alternative to just not paying a player who happens to throw a few spins through a banned game, but its also a bit of a bummer as well.
Still, I did get what I wanted out of my deposit and that was two solid nights of decent slotting, so overall I was happy. Hopefully you guys will have more luck getting a withdrawal out of this one!
