Payment and refund issues

So, I was happy with my playfrank account but I found it a very boring website. Not many issues with withdrawals, but sometimes they were slow. I was ok with that. I closed my account, and I was owed two payments, I was asked to provide bank details which I did, via the chat.

Ever since then it’s been hell. So after providing the details it was apparently sent to the team, then I got emails saying it was process and on its way to my bank, and then I was told it was with managers. Every time I contacted someone half the time it was a different story each time, and then another reason as to why I haven’t received my money. I understand things take time but it’s been over 9 days, and I’m constantly being told so many different things. Two people I spoke to today, have told me two different things, apparently the money has not been issued even though I was emailed saying a completely different thing and now there is technical issues and they cannot pay me due to this. The customer service is absolutely shocking and I get nothing but attitude. They was fine when I was on the account taking my money and providing me with my winnings, but it seems to be since I closed it’s nothing but dragging their feet.

Also another small withdrawal I was also told is on its way to my bank, but then an agent in the chat stated that it was going to my PayPal and already sent. I provided details to show I’ve received it, in none of these and now they are escalating it. I just feel like you get told nothing and are expected to just take it.

Verification denied and account suspended

Hi,

Last week I made a deposit of £100 to my Play Frank account, after receiving a text informing me of a 100% bonus up to £100. I played through the bonus the same day until I ended up with approx £950 cash in my account. I played completely within the terms and conditions of the bonus and opted to withdraw the funds the same day.

Shortly afterwards, I received an email requesting the following verification:

- Personal identification

- Address identification

- Proof of payment method

I supplied all of this in a timely manner and assumed this would enable them to process my withdrawal. However, I then received a further email requesting the following verification:

- Face verification

- Date verification

I have used a large number of gambling sites and this is something I have never been asked for before. I find it highly irregular, unnecessary and worrying. I see no reason why they would need this level of identification, something which I raised by return of e-mail. I repeatedly asked why this was needed and constantly received the same response of the fact it was needed for face and date verification. Obviously this is something I was already aware of; I was trying to determine why it was needed.

I eventually provided the verification required. I couldn’t do this immediately as I had to purchase a newspaper. I was finally told that my withdrawal is now being processed; this was on 19/03/19.

That night I tried logging into my play Frank account to see if I could see the status of the withdrawal, only to find my account had been blocked. After contacting them, I was then told that this was done as part of the verification process and that any pending withdrawals had been cancelled. The team told me to contact the complaints team which I did on 20/03/2019.

Since then, any of my requests are now ignored. I have been given no timescale for my "complaint" to be answered (I never asked to raise a complaint: I just want my money) and £950 of my money has seemingly disappeared into thin air. Personally, I believe the original verification process is a stalling tactic in order to hold onto customer's money for longer than is necessary.

I have just joined playfrank casino I have been using my welcome bonuses and I'm loving it .. But then I applied for my 3rd bonus of up to 100 percent I deposited $55 and with the bonus that gave me $110 I went into the pokies with $10 and then I went into keno with $100 I pressed on ten games of a spot 3 at $1 and my account droped to $34.

Oh my I thought was has happened here I went on to live chat and was told that I had made a bet over the max allowed all I seen when I applied for the bonus was wagering requirements. Was very upset about this as I didn't understand what live chat was saying. But apart from this I love playing at this casino.

The welcome bonuses were very attractive. Good selection of games and nice user interface.

I joined Playfrank as the reviews on AskGamblers were positive. My own experience has been anything but.
Certain games seemed very laggy. Others were not available, which always annoys me after joining a casino.

The real problems started when I tried to collect the second deposit bonus. Their system is nut very user friendly until you get to find your way around it and apparently I had to click a button to have the bonus applied. I spoke to chat who were very helpful and added the bonus. They couldn't for some reason give me my 50 spins on Starburst and instead offered 50 on Book Of Dead. I pointed out that this was not equal as B O D is very high variance. I was told that the value of the spins was double.

When I went to collect them, I found out that they were not. Back to chat where after a very lengthy and frustrating chat where I was told to wait ten minutes, clear my cache, log out, log back in etc and they would be there. I did all this and the spins were not. Apparently, they were but I had to use the ones that were already partially used and the others would appear.

I was then locked out for over an hour. When I went back to chat , after all the trouble, I was told that I would be getting 300 spins on Book of Dead. I thought, this was at least very good that after all the trouble, they had given a very substantial set of free spins. I think I got about $10 from 300 spins but hey, that's gambling.

More trouble came when I tried to claim the 100% 3rd deposit bonus, give wrong information again, kicked out of chat, I had had enough that night so I deposited elsewhere.

Earlier this evening I wanted to try for the 3rd deposit bonus again but again couldn't claim it as it said I had to claim the second deposit bonus first - even though I had already done this. Back to chat. I was told that why didn't I just claim the 2nd deposit bonus again and I could speak to someone about the 3rd deposit bonus in the morning! Erm, no, I want to play tonight... I told her if she couldn't fix it, I wanted to close the account. Without as much as a "goodbye" my account closed. I forgot I had 90 free spins on Jungle Spirit left.

I find PlayFrank's system not particularly easy to use and this together with misinformation and laggy games made for a very poor experience.

I must say Playfrank has it all from a huge selection of games and most of all a consistent amount of deposit bonuses. Because with most sites you get the first 3 deposit matched with anywhere from 100% to 50%, but then once those are used up you just make plane old deposits. Well on playfrank they have their weekly reload bonus of 50% which I think they have more than just once a week, not to mention of you get in touch with any of the awesome support agents and ask nicely, they are usually more than wiling to help out and assist uou with either some free spins or bonus credits and unlike most sites, it's not like pulling teeth to get some loyalty rewards out of them, generally their more than happy to help as long as their system allows it. Which is why PlayFrank has now been my number one site. Also I find the fairness is 50-50. Very fair odds I say unlike other sites where you make a deposit and suddenly it's all gone with not a hope in winning. All of the support agents are my favourite but if you ever get in touch with Mr Thomas Adams, give him a big hello because he IS the MAN:)

What do I like? Everything! Overall the site interface on both mobile and PC are superb. I mainly come back for the customer support, very flexible and accommodating.

Stating that, hopefully casino sites should start adding tip buttons for diligent support agents, it's a great way to show appreciation towards employees.
