Hallo dear Askgamblers, i did get an email from Play Casino yesterday to play a 75% Bonus yesterday. I played 3 times on the casino before. I played the welcome bonus in February and a 50% bonus in march and one in apri So i did deposit 100€ and played with 5€ per Spin (which is within the Terms and Conditions) Secrets of Atlantis and hit a very big win with 5.000€. So i finished the 3000€ wager requirement with playing Secrets of Atlantis and Guns n Roses. When i was finished with it, i had 4900€ left and did deposit 500€ more to play blackjack. Of course everything i did was with my own real money. I played some and ended up with 6500€. i played a few more slots and roulette winning and losing a bit and quitted afterwards. i did order to withdraw for 300€ and went to sleep. today i woke up and my account got disabled. this was the chat i had today with the support: Support Agent 10:07 am Hello. How may I help you? Mario.P Hallo My Account got disabeld Support Agent Please, wait a moment, we need to check it. Mario P. this is not correct Support Agent Your profile is closed by Casino manager desigion Mario P. I went to their page through the special link and started to registre my account. I only had to enter my e-mail and password in the first step. I activated my e-mail and went to see the bonuses. I could activate it but it was only 15 free rounds instead the 21. I claimed it then I went to my profile and updated all my details, they don’t ask a zip code. I opened the Motörhead and started my free rounds. It was good but not really I won about 4 euro from the free spins. I went to check the wagering and I saw I need wager my balance only one time. Not fifty like in the description. I was happy and went back to the Motörhead and played more on 40 cent stakes. It was a successful session because I hit the free spin feature and get 35 euro from it, then I get the bomber bonus and get another 22 euro. So I had about 55 euro when I decided to stop and try to make a withdraw.

The maximum cash out was 50 euro so I collected the maximum what I can. I went to the live support and asked about the verification and withdrawal. They told me I have to upload my personal documents like id, ub and a skrill prscr. I uploaded everything and they approved in 5 minutes. After that I made a deposit with my skrill and made the withdrawal. I get my winnings within an hour.

I got so mad at the casino's attitude, I immediately logged into my account again, removed all my submitted documents, then I logged out. What followed next? A request for a permanent closure of my account at Play Casino! I am never ever going to play again at this casino!

False advertise cash back bonus to attract new players. Bad customer service. If you win big they will NOT pay you and make bs excuses. New games by providers are not added.

The really poor service, assistance and response time (especially email) whenever you have an issue or inquiry. Live Support basically can't resolve any issues and always respond with we will respond to you via email (which has never happened ever since I joined) I've always had to come back to live support to ask for updates which usually get me to the same wait for a response via email.

So I make a deposit of 0.059mbtc and I get the 100% first deposit bonus and my wager requirement was 3.00 btc (which is insane). I wager 11% which plain math will tell it is 3 times my initial deposit. I decide to forfeit my bonus and cash out. I look at my account and see the cash out was discarded so I contact support. I ask them why they discarded my cash out and they tell me because I did not wager my initial deposit 3X. I repeatedly ask them to look at my wager % before I forfeited my bonus and they can see that I wagered 3 times. The support agent tells me he is sorry but I have not wagered the 3 times then comes back again and says I have wait to 2 hours so they can get the statistics.

Again, If they look my wagered % they can clearly see I have wagered the required amount, so I again ask him to do look again. He then comes back again and says I am right and I should request the cash out again, so I do so. I look and again they have discarded my request. The support agent comes back after 5 minutes and tell me my request is on the waiting list. This is a terrible casino with horrible customer service that just wants to make customers stressed out and uncomfortable.
