Account closed and my small $45 withdrawal not processed yet

Hello. I won this life changing money from Play Casino while i was playing slots. I have used this Casino for some months now and always been paid my withdrawl in full - after few minutes. I DID NOT PLAY WITH BONUS. After i made my 4 withdraws of 4000€ each the cashout process just lacked totally, and support was telling me they had problems during payments at the moment - but told me they will proceed them tomorrow and congratualted me, my win. Afterwards while the payout was pending i was scared due to the complaints about huge withdraws been confiscated for unclear rules. Today i got all my winnings confiscated due to a new clause that Players from Denmark are not allowed to play. When i created this account i was asking the support if players from Denmark is allowed and they told me YES - Askgamblers site also told me that this casino allowed players from Denmark. See attached file All my documents were approved and all withdraws were processed in a flash - but after this huge win they suddenly didnt want to pay out and changed their terms from only Spain and France to Dk, Spain and France as restricted countries. Dear Askgamblers, I have a very unpleasant situation with Play Casino. I made my first deposit of 0.5btc and i lost. Afther a few days, on 2. May I made my second deposit of 0.5btc and get a very big win of 11.78btc. When i want to withdraw my founds, they have disable my account, confiscate my money, and wont let me withdraw my founds of 11.78btc. I didn't get any official explanation via e-mail, so I demand an explanation of their reaction on live chat support, and they said that the reason of their action is a "development of strategies aimed at gaining of unfair winnings". When i try to explain that i have played everything exactly like they wrote on their terms&conditions, they said that i should contact a managers via e-mail. I have contact a managers several times via e-mail, but still have no official answer. I made my first deposit of 0.5btc and lost it. Than i made my second deposit in the same amount and i win, play both times the same, like it's specified in their t&c. I have been wagered a number of times and play with a bets, as they asked. I asked them to explain me what "unfair strategy" did i aimed, when i played exactly like they wrote. I ask them is it a fair strategy when i'm loosing and unfair when i'm winning? Hi. I've been a member of play.casino for a year and my account is fully verified. On 7/3 I deposited 0.19 BTC for a 50% bonus. I managed to win 1.07 BTC but Play.casino decided to close my account and confiscate my whole balance because I had broken their bonus rules. So i've won some money 5 days ago and i've decided to cashout. They asked me for id's and a bill on first place which i've provided. Now they keep telling me every 24 hours that a manager needs to check the documents and nobody does that. My money are stuck and these guys are not willing to help me resolve this. I registered at Play.casino in December 2016. Played from time to time - both slots and roulette. Mostly roulette recently. Wasn't lucky at first. I was even pronounced a VIP player. Then I hit a win of approximately $11k playing roulette (paid out). But when I got the second big win of $11700 in a week or so (again, playing only roulette, no bonuses or stuff like that) and ordered a cashout, I was told that there is an investigation on my account. Casino staff promised to give me a call. But they did not. In a few days my account was blocked with all of the last win amount still there. The only comment that comes from casino support is that I was a fraud and the decision to block my account is final. That seems like either a big mistake or an extremely rogue behavior on their side.
