So i've won some money 5 days ago and i've decided to cashout.
They asked me for id's and a bill on first place which i've provided. Now they keep telling me every 24 hours that a manager needs to check the documents and nobody does that. My money are stuck and these guys are not willing to help me resolve this.
They keep telling me the same things which in my opinion is not acceptable at all, they advertise instant cashouts and fast verifications. I haven't seen that happening though.

• fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers
• charge back transactions with a credit card or denial of some payments made
• creating two or more accounts
• other types of cheating

Customer, who will try to gain advantage of casino welcome offers / other promotions agrees that casino reserve the right to void bonuses and any winnings from such bonuses from customer:
- use of stolen cards;
- chargebacks;
- creating more than one account in order to get advantage from casino promotions;

- any other actions which may damage the casino.
