Unjustified confiscation of 16590€ in winnings

Hello. I won this life changing money from Play Casino while i was playing slots. I have used this Casino for some months now and always been paid my withdrawl in full - after few minutes. I DID NOT PLAY WITH BONUS. After i made my 4 withdraws of 4000€ each the cashout process just lacked totally, and support was telling me they had problems during payments at the moment - but told me they will proceed them tomorrow and congratualted me, my win. Afterwards while the payout was pending i was scared due to the complaints about huge withdraws been confiscated for unclear rules. Today i got all my winnings confiscated due to a new clause that Players from Denmark are not allowed to play. When i created this account i was asking the support if players from Denmark is allowed and they told me YES - Askgamblers site also told me that this casino allowed players from Denmark. See attached file All my documents were approved and all withdraws were processed in a flash - but after this huge win they suddenly didnt want to pay out and changed their terms from only Spain and France to Dk, Spain and France as restricted countries. Account disabled and 11,78BTC winnings confiscated with no justification

Dear Askgamblers, I have a very unpleasant situation with Play Casino. I made my first deposit of 0.5btc and i lost. Afther a few days, on 2. May I made my second deposit of 0.5btc and get a very big win of 11.78btc. When i want to withdraw my founds, they have disable my account, confiscate my money, and wont let me withdraw my founds of 11.78btc. I didn't get any official explanation via e-mail, so I demand an explanation of their reaction on live chat support, and they said that the reason of their action is a "development of strategies aimed at gaining of unfair winnings". When i try to explain that i have played everything exactly like they wrote on their terms&conditions, they said that i should contact a managers via e-mail. I have contact a managers several times via e-mail, but still have no official answer. I made my first deposit of 0.5btc and lost it. Than i made my second deposit in the same amount and i win, play both times the same, like it's specified in their t&c. I have been wagered a number of times and play with a bets, as they asked. Hasn't refunded my 0.19 BTC deposit

Hi. I've been a member of play.casino for a year and my account is fully verified. On 7/3 I deposited 0.19 BTC for a 50% bonus. I managed to win 1.07 BTC but Play.casino decided to close my account and confiscate my whole balance because I had broken their bonus rules. Hallo dear Askgamblers, i did get an email from Play Casino yesterday to play a 75% Bonus yesterday. I played 3 times on the casino before. I played the welcome bonus in February and a 50% bonus in march and one in apri So i did deposit 100€ and played with 5€ per Spin (which is within the Terms and Conditions) Secrets of Atlantis and hit a very big win with 5.000€. Still waiting for my legit payment, unreasonable holding of the withdrawal

So i've won some money 5 days ago and i've decided to cashout. They asked me for id's and a bill on first place which i've provided. Account blocked and $11700 confiscated for no reason

I registered at Play.casino in December 2016. Played from time to time - both slots and roulette. Mostly roulette recently. Wasn't lucky at first. I was even pronounced a VIP player. Then I hit a win of approximately $11k playing roulette (paid out). But when I got the second big win of $11700 in a week or so (again, playing only roulette, no bonuses or stuff like that) and ordered a cashout, I was told that there is an investigation on my account. Casino staff promised to give me a call. But they did not. In a few days my account was blocked with all of the last win amount still there. The only comment that comes from casino support is that I was a fraud and the decision to block my account is final. That seems like either a big mistake or an extremely rogue behavior on their side. Unjustified confiscation of 0.86 Bitcoin

I made a deposit with Bitcoin. I played at the casino and won 0.86 Bitcoin. I ordered the payment, waiting 24 hours, although the casino site says that the conclusion on the Bitcoin is instantaneous, it is cheating. I waited for 24 hours, after which my conclusion was canceled, but the money has not been returned to the balance, but simply disappeared. Well at first was I really liked the way they valued players with loyalty perks but those are non existent now, game selection is very extensive and deposit and withdraw method cater for every players needs.

Rude support, long waiting tome to get into contact with live chat, no longer offers players bad near goodwill bonuses or spins, only I casino to not have any Christmas promos or advent calendar, the mobile lobby does not display all the slots and gets stuck halfway down the page, support only answers Bitcoin block chain queries if it suits them.

Very good experience. Support is really great and effective. I contact them for a problem during free spin (I got an error server before the end of the free spin round and the spins left was canceled). The free spins missing was add very quickly....

Cashout time with BTC is really fast - 5 minutes max. Good selection of game. Server connexion for slots is very good.

Bonus requirement at 50X is too high for slots players, just to say something (its same rules in many casinos ....)

Play casino is a place I noticed about a month ago but somehow absolutely forgot to check them out. But about two weeks ago I was going through askgamblers and noticed an exclusive free spins offer for Play Casino. So the offer said that new players get 21 free spins for Motorhead slot. After taking a closer look I was happy to see that players from my country weren't restricted for the offer and casino in general.

The casino is powered by several softwares including my favorite Netent so after seeing the promotion, I went to register immediately. After that I filled my account form and received free spins. However, when I went to activate spins, I saw that instead of 21 spins, I had 15. Since the live chat was available, I contacted them to ask about it. Chat agent was pleasant and told me that the bonus was credited correctly and that 15 free spins was the correct amount. I know that free is free and I was stll excited.

I went to play the spins and managed to win nearly 2€. Then I went to check the wagering and I was quite shocked to see that the necessary wagering was the same amount as my balance, in other words- 1x bonus. Then I went to play Twin Spin and after a few spins I had a 4€ big win. Unfortunately I didn't manage to make any withdrawals.

After I created account at their casino I went into promotions site and I read some bonus rules. I saw that at this casino you can play Dead or alive by NetEnt with bonus founds so I decided to make deposit. I made a small deposit of 20€ and I got the same amount of bonus money into my balance. I started to play dead or alive first. I got some free spins feature and my balance raised to around 80€. After that I made a decision to try some other games too. I played Endorphina games but I never got any big win on it here. My best winnings were around x50 bet, I tried to raised a little bit bet size per spin but this did not help. At the end I lost the money. Later I used also those free spins which you get with first deposit bonus, I made a couple of spins with the winnings from them and in the end I reached zero on balance.

Otherwise I didn't have any problems here while I was playing. Every game loaded fast and I played them without any lagging. Support don't care at all and don't follow up or even bother to look to see if your eligible for the bonus they just don't bother looking or know much of it, I asked for terms and conditions for Friday Free spins and was told I had to deposit $50 or such within past 7 days, I asked show me on your website where its stated down those terms.

Support tells me its not on our website yet and wasn't given the free spins, what a joke! Never got given cashback as I didn't deposit $50 minimum but I did as I deposited $52 during the same week, but they say my cashback was given as free spins subject titled "play gift", that's not cash back that's free spins... Where's the cash?

I've been a member for 2 weeks and worst support, none of the bonuses even got added auto had to ask for it to get added always.
