More than a month has passed, and my deposits are still missing. ₹15,000 has been pending since 27th December, and another ₹20,000 since 9th January. This is completely unacceptable. Seriously—you call yourself a legitimate platform?

No legitimate service takes over a month to resolve missing deposits. I have waited long enough. Do not tell me you are “still working on it” or that you “need more time.” More than a month is already too long.

I am now proceeding with a cybercrime complaint for these transactions and will be sending a legal notice to Parimatch. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is shocking. Customers should not have to chase their own money for weeks.

I've been playing Parimatch casino for a long time. Till now, I hadn't faced any issues with deposit withdrawals. However, some time ago, I checked and found that the withdrawal option in my account was blocked. It was showing that your account does not allow you to create a withdrawal request. I contacted customer service and checked my email and found out that Parimatch had asked for additional proof. As additional proof, they asked for a selfie with national ID card, address proof, and bank statement. I shared all the details with Parimatch and they created a ticket. It's been 3-4 days today and my withdrawal option has not been unblocked and the ticket is still in processing. When I contact customer service they repeat the same answer but when I checked today, in my account page in the account verification section where till so many days only Aadhar card verification was showing complete, today Aadhar card, bank statement and other documents have been verified successfully are showing there. Even after my account verification the withdrawal option is not unblocked. I request Parimatch and askgamblers team to please verify my account as soon as possible so that I can remain connected with your platform.

I made 4 Deposits of 50K INR, 50K INR, 100K INR, 80K INR to parimatch on 27th Jan via USDT TRC20 (Crypto Option)

I have been constantly trying to withdraw my funds but I saw that there is no option for Crypto Withdraw.

I contacted their support to check whether it's a technical glitch or something but the support is not very supportive and they only say that please wait while it arrives.

I am writing to report an issue with my recent deposit. On 28th november 2025, I attempted to deposit ₹2000 into my Parimatch account using UPI. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but the deposit was not successful and the amount was not credited to my Parimatch account.

​Though the portal shows 'Approved', no funds have reached my bank.

Support tickets (58186343, 58208226, 58203065) only get generic replies without any UTR/ARN proof.
