I've been playing Parimatch casino from some last time. Till now, I hadn't faced any issues with deposit withdrawals. However, some time ago, I checked and found that the withdrawal option in my account was blocked. It was showing that your account does not allow you to create a withdrawal request. I contacted customer service and checked my email and found out that Parimatch had asked for additional proof. As additional proof, they asked for a selfie with national ID card, address proof, and bank statement. I shared all the details with Parimatch and they created a ticket. It's been 2-3 days today and my withdrawal option has not been unblocked and the ticket is still in processing. When I contact customer service they repeat the same answer. Even after my account verification the withdrawal option is not unblocked. First they verified my account and AADAHR card successfully but when I placed a withdrawal they rejected my withdrawal and BLOCKed my withdrawal. I already sent all the documents multiple times but they not solved my issue. I request Parimatch and askgamblers team to please verify my account as soon as possible so that I can remain connected with your platform.

If my account gets verified, I will change my review and I hope my problem is solved very soon.

"I requested a withdrawal of ₹17,000 from my Parimatch account on 17 September 2025 via Bank Transfer. The amount was deducted from my balance, and Parimatch issued a Payment Execution Confirmation marked 'Payment Completed' with details: Beneficiary Name - < full name removed >, Account Number - < bank number removed > (my Saraswat Co-operative Bank account), IFSC - SRCB00000386, UTR/Ref No - UTIBN62025091765324994, Transaction ID - P06622152473258588, Completed Date - 2025-09-17 13:10:40.However, my bank (Saraswat Co-operative Bank, Mumbai) confirmed the transfer was attempted but rejected and returned to the sender due to beneficiary name mismatch (possible minor variation in records) and/or invalid/flagged details. No funds were credited to my account. This occurred over 6 months ago (as of March 2026). Despite multiple contacts via live chat and email (including a formal complaint to [email protected] on March 14, 2026 invoking their Player Complaints Policy Section 7 rights), there has been no reversal to my wallet, no confirmation of returned funds, and only deflective/templated responses or no replies. The funds bounced back to Parimatch/their processor automatically per RBI rules. I demand reversal of the full ₹17,000 to my Parimatch wallet with no deductions. Attachments include: Parimatch withdrawal screenshot, Payment Execution Confirmation, bank rejection confirmation from branch visit, and email correspondence.I have exhausted internal support options and followed Parimatch's complaints policy. The withdrawal request was placed several weeks ago, and despite raising support tickets regarding the issue, the amount is still pending and I have not received any proper resolution or update. As requested earlier by the support team, I have also submitted my bank account statements as proof that the withdrawal amount has not been credited. Additionally, I have repeatedly asked the team to let me know if any updated or additional bank statements are required from my side to verify that the funds have not been received. However, I have not received any clear response or resolution.

Complaint Title: Deposit Credited After 63 Days – Extremely Delayed Processing

I would like to file a complaint regarding an extremely delayed deposit credit on my Parimatch account.

I made a deposit to my Parimatch account using an online payment method, but the funds were not credited to my gaming account for 63 days. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups with the support team during this period, I did not receive a clear explanation or a proper update about the status of my transaction.

I provided all the required evidence including the payment confirmation, UTR/reference number, and bank proof, but the issue remained unresolved for a very long time. Deposits on online betting platforms are usually processed instantly or within a few minutes, so such a long delay is completely unacceptable.

I request AskGamblers to review this case and ask the casino to provide a clear explanation for the 63-day delay and ensure that such issues do not happen to players in the future. Casinos should maintain proper payment processing standards and timely communication with their users.

I have made a deposit of Rs. 10000 on 6th March 2026, and the payment has already been deducted from my account but still not credited.

When I reach customer support they are saying everytime like your case has been accepted by payment providers team but till now didn't received. Please @Askgamblers solve my problem.

I got scammed and stolen by your platform twice,

First, my withdrawals from yesterday are as follows:- The total amount withdrawn is 65,000 EGP, detailed as follows:

Vodafone Cash: 10,000 EGP (2 transactions of 5,000 EGP each) – Received.✓

InstaPay: 55,000 EGP (11 transactions of 5,000 EGP each).

Out of these 11 transactions, only 9 transactions (totaling 45,000 EGP) have been successfully received.✓

There are 2 missing transactions (5,000 x 2 = 10,000 EGP) that have not been credited to my account yet.

I have attached my bank statement showing all the 5,000 EGP transfers received from yesterday until now for your review.

Second, my deposits, two deposits from this morning till now, have not been credited to my account with amounts of

1,000/- & 150/-
