Horrible customer service. I sent really clear screenshots the whole conversation and the customer service person clearly didn't bother to look at any and just gave me generic answers rather than answering my super basic question. Half an hour wasted and now im frustrated because I've gone round in circles for the last 30 minutes

Regarding this site, I was only interested in the casino, not sports betting; so I’ll only comment on that side.
They have some of my fav NetEnt games, but not all.
They appear to have a nice selection of other games & providers, too.
As per their T&C, only require you to wager 70% of your deposit in order to make a withdrawal request, which is good.
I didn’t deposit or withdraw, so can’t comment on those.

In their T&C, it says that you can only request a withdrawal 24 h after your 1st deposit. That was a huge turn-off for me. If I happen to score a nice win, sure enough I want to make a cashout very soon.
Their so-called support is slow, rude, and unresponsive.
Closing your account (even bringing up gaming issues) can’t ofc be done via chat, but only via email. It requires hard work, exchanging mails back and forth, and apparently a long time too - still my account hasn’t been closed, but again after all, I learned in the latest mail that ”Your data has been sent to our specialists. It is to be processed for some period of time. We will inform you about any changes or if additional data is requested, in the following letter.”
This is ridiculous, and also very irresponsible.
