I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch Casino regarding 3 uncredited withdrawal transactions totaling ₹51,000 INR. All these transactions are marked as "Successful" in my casino profile history, but none of these funds have ever arrived in my bank account.

These withdrawal requests were made over a month ago in August 2026, and despite waiting for weeks, Parimatch has still NOT resolved this issue.

As clearly visible in my bank statement, none of these amounts were ever credited to my account.

Parimatch support raised Ticket ID #140869136 for ₹20,000, but they have avoided properly addressing or creating tickets for the remaining ₹15,000 and ₹16,000 transactions despite multiple live chat requests.

Their live chat agents keep stalling and closing chats without giving any concrete updates.

My Demand:

I have provided complete documentation, bank statement (Password: 9224000100034937), and proof showing that my money is missing. Since I have been waiting for over a month without any solution, I demand that Parimatch immediately investigate these falsely marked transactions and refund the total amount of ₹51,000 INR directly back to my Parimatch gaming account balance (Player ID: 849137502) without further delays.

I verified my account long ago and I submitted each and every documents several times but again they stopped my withdrawal and asking me to verify again. Still I sent my selfie id card and bank statements with password. From last 2 months I am getting same kind of email from them. If I sent bank statements they asking again the same. Hello Askgamblers! I placed bets in parimatch in April 2026 and now Parimatch still doesn’t want to settle my bets. I don’t know what is going on; please help me. They tell me that I have to wait for 3 years, which is not fair. I have been losing with them; they have eaten my money, and now it is my turn, but it seems like they don’t want to pay me.

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Parimatch account, where approximately **₹45,00,000 (₹45 lakh) remains blocked and I am still unable to withdraw my funds**.

I have been a VIP customer and long-time player on the platform. I have used Parimatch for several years and have made a significant number of transactions through the platform.

### Verification and documents

Parimatch placed my account/withdrawal under verification and requested various documents and transaction information. I fully cooperated with their requirements and repeatedly provided the requested documentation.

I submitted, among other things:

* Netwallet transaction records

* Netwallet transaction screen recordings

* Deposit/payment information

* Identity/verification documents

* A high-resolution selfie taken specifically as requested by Parimatch

I have also contacted Parimatch support repeatedly regarding this matter, with **more than 100 emails** sent in an attempt to resolve the issue.

### Current situation

The important point is that **the documentation/verification process has now been completed, but my withdrawal is still blocked.

Even after completing the verification requirements, I am unable to withdraw my available funds. I have not received a satisfactory explanation as to why the withdrawal restriction remains in place or when it will be removed.

I have repeatedly asked Parimatch to clarify:

1. Why is my withdrawal still blocked after verification has been completed?

2. Is there any remaining requirement from my side?

3. When will my withdrawal access be restored?
