I registered on 31st July, everything was fine in the beginning – deposits worked, games were smooth, and winnings were coming in. But the moment my balance crossed 300,000 INR, my account suddenly got “paused” for KYC verification.
No problem, I thought. I submitted all the required documents and even received confirmation that my KYC was successfully approved.
Then the real trouble started.
They began asking again and again for bank statements and wallet screenshots used for my deposits. I sent everything perfectly as per their requirements. But every single time I got the same kind of reply – just slightly reworded versions of the same message:
“We send our warmest greetings… Please provide screenshots… We hope you have a wonderful day and luck with your bets!”
