My account has been verified, and all necessary documentation has been provided to the casino, chat confirmed me this earlier.

I have patiently waited for my withdrawal to be processed, as per the casino's terms and conditions. Despite the completion of the verification process, my winnings of 2687,35€ have not been credited to my bank account.

I won 630€ And I tried to withdraw it. I completed KYC and it got stuck "enter your birthdate exactly how it is in the document" part, but no where to enter it.

Hey. I would like to make a complaint about www.luckywilds.com casino. At the same time, I would like to ask for your help to get my winnings out of there. I have made a €5,000 withdrawal request on September 30, 2023, and it still hasn't been approved. The chat does not give a clear reason for the delay, and they do not respond to emails. LuckyWilds Casino - $5000 out of $17002 win has been delayed since July 2023

Things initially went well with Luckywilds.

I won 17,0002.65 and was treated pleasantly. I received the first withdrawal in around a week and next one a day later. I had to wait two weeks for the third and then three weeks for the fourth. I've not received the last part of my winnings since then (August 15th). I would go on live chat every week or so looking for an update and would always get the same responses about the payment team would get back to me and it was with them. At one point the 5000 remaining got rolled back into the account and I had to rewithdraw it. Another time they emailed saying that they had money expected this week that would @cover the winnings which sounded like some sort of ponzi situation where new deposits (or investment) cover old debts/payouts. Either way I thought I might be near the end at that point as they showed what seemed to be some incredible candor. Unfortunately nothing came of it. All of the complaints is ee online are also for delayed payments so it appears as though they might have solvency issues as they were paying me out just fine until the last withdrawal and haven't been able to pay that out nor other players since it seems.

Interestingly, the live chat I had preceding finally making complaints I found that the pending withdrawal had been rolled back again but the money had not been put back in the account. IT was no longer pending but also no longer there.

I opened an account on 24.9.2023 for the casino and made 6 deposits totaling 200 Eur using the rapid transfer Skrill. I didn`t take any bonuses.

I managed to win 2200 Eur during the same day (24.9.2023), which I transferred to my withdrawal. (rapid transfer Skrill)

When I made withdrawal request they ask documents, the documents requested were a driver's license, an invoice and a selfie. Documents went through. Since then the withdrawal status has been pending.

LuckyWilds Casino - Delaying my withdrawal for over 20 days

Hello,

I deposited for a reload bonus on this casino on July 1st 2023, I completed the terms and ended with a balance of 2683CAD. I withdrew the entire amount and was asked a few days later to verify my account. I completed the verification on July 7th and was told the withdrawal is now active. The following week seeing I had not received the money, I contacted chat support about the issue and was told the matter would be escalated and I would be contacted. I waited an entire week and never received an update or response. I followed up by emailing support on July 17th , a couple of days later , I received the same response i've been getting that the situation is still under review. I emailed them one last time on July 23rd and still waiting for a response.

I have deposited on this casino 3 times before and never had an issue depositing. I followed the terms and completed their verification process successfully, I don't understand the reason for my withdrawal to be delayed for over 20 days without a reason or update. LuckyWilds Casino - Failed to lock account because of gambling problem

Hi,
On 3/5-2023 i sent an email to luckywilds asking for my account to be closed. The email stated "hi i want to permanently lock my account because I have a gambling problem".

This request was ignored and on 25/5-2023 i managed to deposit and loose 350 euro. I contacted livechat who locked the account and sent the question of a refund to "the relevant departement". This was 13 days ago and i have recieved zero response.

During theese 13 days ive had to loan money to cover theese losses. So in fairness the money ive lost because of this is more than 350 eur. But the least they can do is pay my lost deposits back

LuckyWilds Casino - Delaying withdrawal and coming up with new excuses all the time

Hi,
I didn’t want to ever contact you regarding a case like this but I’m afraid that I have no choice since I’m not getting any help from the casino itself.

So basically it starts from Sunday 14/05 when I’ve requested a withdrawal of 2800 eur.
I contacted the casino on email afterwards since chat were closed and asked about the timeframe.
They never replied in email but the following day I’ve got the information that my withdrawal has been cancelled and the money will return to my gaming account so I can request a new withdrawal.

This was something that I’ve never seen myself as the withdrawal has been under “pending” status all of the time since 14/5. Customer service told me to wait for the money to land on my gaming account but it still haven’t so I’ve contacted them yesterday again when I get a whole new reason as why the withdrawal isn’t paid out yet - they’re missing address verification.

So I’ve sent in my address yesterday around lunch and the representative told me that within 24 hours (usually faster) they would approve my withdrawal and give me my winnings.
It have now passed 24 hours so I contacted them again when I get the respond that I have to wait more. All of this gives me a strong feeling that they’re not wanting to pay out my winnings, they’re delaying this on purpose and they come up with new reasons all the time.

Please, help me to come with a solution.

LuckyWilds casino is one of the latest casinos I joined. I was going through the AskGamblers' list of new casinos and noticed them and as it usually happens, I was interested in taking a closer look at what they have to offer. I checked them out and noticed that they are powered by some of my favorite game providers, including Netent, Play'n Go, Relax Gaming and many others, so I decided to sign up and try them out.

The registration process was very smooth and before making a deposit I wanted to take a closer look at their welcome bonus. Lately I've been claiming more welcome bonuses as I tend to deposit lower amounts and a good bonus gives you an extra playtime. In LuckyWilds case, the casino offers a welcome bonus package for your first 3 deposits- first one is a standard 100%, second is a 50% and third one is a 25% bonus. I have to be honest, the bonuses didn't seem appealing as the match amounts were quite low for second and especially third deposit and there were no free spins on top. And more importantly, the bonus had 30x deposit + bonus wagering requirements which are way too high in my opinion, especially since the match offer was quite average.

Having said that, I had already registered and decided to make a bonus-free deposit. I deposited 30eur and the deposit was credited immediately. Then I started to play Jack and the Beanstalk slot which I hadn't played for a while. I managed to get the bonus round quite fast and it paid 60x the bet so after that I decided to move on to Wild Blood 2. I played it for a while, managed to get a few big base game hits and one bonus round, but unfortunately it only paid 20x. After that, I went to play Immortal Romance which I played for the rest of the session. I had a few free spins features but no big wins and I didn't get a single Wild Desire feature. I played for about 2 hours but since I didn't manage to get big wins my balance eventually reached 0.

Overall I had a good time at LuckyWildscasino. I think they have a great game selection and their casino lobby looked great. Having said that, I wasn't a fan of their promotions and their wagering requirements were quite high, so just purely because of that I'm not sure I'll be returning.
