Failed to lock account because of gambling problem
Hi,
On 3/5-2023 i sent an email to luckywilds asking for my account to be closed. The email stated "hi i want to permanently lock my account because I have a gambling problem".
This request was ignored and on 25/5-2023 i managed to deposit and loose 350 euro. I contacted livechat who locked the account and sent the question of a refund to "the relevant departement". This was 13 days ago and i have recieved zero response.
During theese 13 days ive had to loan money to cover theese losses. So in fairness the money ive lost because of this is more than 350 eur. But the least they can do is pay my lost deposits back
