Delaying withdrawal and coming up with new excuses all the time

I didn’t want to ever contact you regarding a case like this but I’m afraid that I have no choice since I’m not getting any help from the casino itself.
So basically it starts from Sunday 14/05 when I’ve requested a withdrawal of 2800 eur.
I contacted the casino on email afterwards since chat were closed and asked about the timeframe.
They never replied in email but the following day I’ve got the information that my withdrawal has been cancelled and the money will return to my gaming account so I can request a new withdrawal.
This was something that I’ve never seen myself as the withdrawal has been under “pending” status all of the time since 14/5. Customer service told me to wait for the money to land on my gaming account but it still haven’t so I’ve contacted them yesterday again when I get a whole new reason as why the withdrawal isn’t paid out yet - they’re missing address verification.
So I’ve sent in my address yesterday around lunch and the representative told me that within 24 hours (usually faster) they would approve my withdrawal and give me my winnings.
It have now passed 24 hours so I contacted them again when I get the respond that I have to wait more. All of this gives me a strong feeling that they’re not wanting to pay out my winnings, they’re delaying this on purpose and they come up with new reasons all the time.
Please, help me to come with a solution.
