LimoPlay Casino- Been unfairly accused in committing 'fraud' and locked out of account for a wallet error
2 days ago I was gambling on this site and once I was done I logged out. The next day I logged back in to withdraw my winnings only to find that I wasn't able to. I checked my account history and saw that my deposit of 175mBTC had processed but under that was a pending deposit of another 175mBTC which I had not sent myself. I then went to the support agent only for the person to "close your (my) account for investigation" and that it would take a day for the review. I then received an email stating my account was locked ultimately due to fraud. I hadn't done anything wrong in this situation now I am being denied my winnings I have earned all because this support agent took matters into their own hands and disabled my account with clearly no intentions of looking into my problem and trying to fix it. When checking the evidence and the situation, it clearly seems odd that I would send 2 deposits of 175mBTC exactly and that if I were doing anything "fraudulent" I would not go straight to the live chat for assistance. I even offered the simple solution of sending the pending fee from the address it was suppose to be sent from. Attached will be the transcript of all of this and several other photos to support my claim. I was also logged out of my account before I was able to screenshot the "Pending transaction". The photos uploaded are of the transcript with the support agent, my account disabled, the email saying my account is disabled because of fraud and the confirmed 175mBTC on Blockchain. Limo Play is one of the newest casinos I have played recently although I have seen this casino several months ago. They have really nice selection of games including Microgaming, NetEnt, Betsoft, SoftSwiss, Amatic, Endorphina, they are Curacao licence and established in 2015.

Searching for some freebie just to try their casino couldn't find anything and then I came across one forum where there was included free chips so decided to take part in it and opened my account there. I won that 20 euros free chip and tried their casino games. My first game was Break Da Bank playing for a while but unluckily I lost my free chip which was no max cashout but lost it all.

I got few more free spins and free chips from their casino and it was time to deposit and try my luck with my own money. The first time I noticed Limoplay casino was over a month ago. I saw their advertisement somewhere but since I didn't know much about their casino I didn't pay any attention to it. Earlier in February I saw them added on AskGamblers and then I decided to take a look at what they have to offer. I saw that they are powered by Netent, Microgaming, Betsoft and a couple of other software's and I have to say I was quite impressed by the amount and combination of gaming providers. Also I noticed that they offer 100% match bonus and 25 free spins with 40x wagering.

Prior to depositing and even signing up, I decided to ask their support if they offered any free chip for new players. Although they do have live chat, it was unavailable at that moment so I wrote an online message. I don't know what went wrong but I never actually received any reply to that message. 3 days later I decided to sign up, I opened their page and saw that there's a special offer of 150% match bonus (apparently I had opened them through an affiliate and I didn't even know that). So then after registration I went to support and asked how long I could claim the special offer and all the details for it. I was told it has 50x wagering and to my question, if I could claim it the next day, I was given a positive answer.

So the next day I finally made my deposit of 20€ using skrill. Right away I noticed that my balance was credited with the regular welcome bonus- 100% match and 25 free spins on Fruit Zen. LimoPlay Casino has attracted my attention with a few things. First off all with the selection of games because besides the Microgaming and Netent, this casino also offers Betsoft and Amatic games. Some of the Betsoft and Amatic games I really like but I do not have an opportunity to play them so often.

The second thing is the impressive welcome bonus package of 400 euros and 100 free spins. Otherwise, this package consists of 4 bonuses. The first bonus comes with a bonus percentage of 100%, the second with 50%, the third with 50%, and at the end the fourth with 100%. For all of these 4 bonuses, you also get 25 free spins on the game called FruitZen or Bomanji. Nothing, they let me register when I'm in the uk when t&c say no real deposits from uk players

Let me sign up when I'm in the uk and deposit £770, I had been signed up since January and my account was not closed despite me being in the uk. Then in Feb they let me deposit again. Only just found out on their t&c that they don't let uk players play with real money, but they have taken mine. I am currently waiting to hear from the operations manager regarding my reimbursement of funds.

I really liked the new games on Limoplay and the fact that we can play the slots from Australia. Lobby design is easy to navigate and generally its a pleasant casino.
