06.03.17 I made my first deposit (amount $20) in limoplay.com casino with my Neteller e-wallet account. I was playing in this casino for a few days. I played European roulette, betting straght to singlt number from $1 to $5 (which is allowed by Terms & Conditions of this casino). I also played in several slots betting no more than $1 on one spin. (which is also allowed by Terms & Conditions of this casino). As a result, the total amount of my winnings in this casino was $340.50.
09.03.17 I uploaded all the required documents in my casino account and made a withdrawal request of my winnings.
A few days after that my account in this casino was turned off. Support of this casino is not responding on my e-mails. I hope that you will help me to resolve this situation.

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided with valid evidences on behalf the management of LimoPlay Casino where it is clearly displayed that player has abused promotions by placing max allowed bets on high variance games, and soon after the player won big switched to low variance game with decreased stakes. Moreover, players bonus ratio is more then 50%. The player by these acts breached LimoPlay Casino term:
"...Abusing of the promotion means:
- Making max allowed bets on high variance games in order to increase balance
- Decreasing stake after big hit and switching to low variance game
- Making deposits with only bonus promotions without free cash deposits
- Customer bonus ratio (deposits : bonuses) is more than 50%."
Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant licensing authority responsible for LimoPlay Casino.
While AskGamblers Complaints Team is adamant in its position that rules are set for a good reason and must be followed, considering the number of complaints cases referring to the aforementioned terms we received recently as well as the fact that their current wording leaves too much room for different interpretations, we strongly encourage LimoPlay Casino management to consider possible amendments of the discussed bonus rules towards more clarity and the avoidance of similar misunderstandings in the future
