On April 3rd I deposited 0.4 BTC and was given a 50% bonus.
I played a slot, playing the same stake all the way through and was lucky enough to complete the wagering with a deposit.
I then asked for a withdrawal of my funds.
I was then sent an email from Limoplaysaying that they were voiding the bonus and the winnings.
Upon reviewing the email that they sent to me, I think I had a bonus ratio of higher than 50% which is why they voided my win.
However, after voiding my winnings they are also confiscating my deposit, which, to me, is unheard of.
So, Askgamblers, could you mediate with Limoplay please, not about the voided winnings, but my confiscated deposit.
If they can start confiscating deposits at will, with no reason (they refuse to tell me why they are keeping it), then this is very worrying for a casino represented on your site.
