Really there is nothing to add here, except one issue which is more technical the casino has to fix.
Confirming cashout address (at least for crypto) doesn't work, when I click the cashout confirmation link I always get "error" and had to contact their support by email and asking to confirm that manually by them sending my request to the relevant department.
1 star less for this point, as instead of confirming instantly it takes like 15-30 min to do so which could've speed up my withdrawal a little bit more (maybe like 30 min max). But regardless cashing out within 1 hours is awesome!

I'll be honest and give my fair review as usual... I already gave this casino 9 stars before (or maybe 10 can't remember) but this is changed now and will fairly give the casino max of 5 stars (my personal rating again with some facts and weak points listed below). I noticed the difference between them and other top rated casinos that I've been playing for a long time (+4 years), especially for loyal players, as we call them VIP players. I'll first start with the good stuff that the casino has:
- standard deposit bonuses + different providers similar to other casinos
- quick withdraw around 1 hour (at least for me) + had some issues verifying my crypto withdrawal wallet which delayed my first deposit extra time, hope that is solved now so new players won't have the same issue I experience where I had to contact the support to manually verify my crypto address.
- I would say good support, not the best in my opinion (will come into this later)
- I remember the docs verification was quick too.
Okay, will list now the weak points of the casino from my perspective.
- It's good to have crypto deposits, but if I want to populate my fiat account (EUR, AUD, CAD, etc), currently the only bitcoin supported as crypto and the current fees is like 25 USD on average, other Softswiss casinos have the option to deposit LTC (which is the cheapest) to refill your fiat wallet. I play in many different currencies since games bet sizes are a bit different, never had an issue with Softswiss multiple account wallets.
- Usually, when I play in new casinos and after few hundreds or like 1000-2000 deposit they offer me VIP access. Unfortunately, I've been playing here and depositing more than these numbers, for like 1-2 month (can't remember exactly), but no one from the casino team contacted me to offer VIP bonus or benefits, so personally don't think that players should ask for that, instead, casino account managers should contact players (as other casinos do). I mean I don't really know if they run VIP programs or if they have a VIP manager.
I- Sorry to say this, but extremely weak free spins bonuses (compared to other top rated casinos). I'm aware that most casinos have a cap on free spins with no deposit, but this casino also has free spins cap when you level up your casino rating + there is a cap on the spins you receive from deposit bonuses. Forget the cap, the amount is free spins and the number of free spins is capped if you deposit 1000 or 20 you will get the same free spins with the same bet amount (other casinos give higher bet amount for higher deposits). Imagine depositing 1000 AUD and you get "as bonus" 50 free spins 10c or less in crypto each!
- Today I looked for the bonus list and there was a weekday 40% bonus, I deposited 50 AUD to redeem the bonus after deposit nothing got added, I contacted support and they said that the casino will not give me any bonuses until I deposit and play raw... I was like what?! I never had such a response from other casinos so far. Even though it's as we all know a win-win business for the house, but they also want players to lose and then give them bonuses for additional profit, like saying "if you want bonuses, you have to play raw, if you lose then you are getting bad luck, we will enable bonuses again for you". I mean I've been playing in top rated casinos and still getting bonuses for like 4 years now from the same casino with no such bonus ban stuff or response. What would have happened if I deposit like 500 AUD or more then the response will be "no, there is no bonus for you today", at least should've contacted me before or email me and let me know that, no suddenly give me that answer.
- Other casinos have higher daily/weekly/monthly limits.
- About support: well, still 5 min to get answers for questions (they probably handle multiple players in a single chat, compared to top rated casinos where you have 1-1 chat or at least you feel that with no delay). Support agents decide everything from their end, like for my bonus situation I kindly asked the agent to give me the manager email or at least for the manager to contact me about my bonus ban issue and their answer was exactly "other managers will tell you the same. Hope for your understanding." I started to doubt that there are managers now! I've literally didn't feel this in other casinos or never had what they called it "bonus ban".
Anyway, I really want to feel welcomed to play here again, but I can't see this unfortunately anymore, I would love the manager to contact me at least once to feel that someone really cares for their players or at least remove what they call it bonus ban which is something never experienced before. I should not or not required to play with raw balance for the getting bonuses (who knows maybe after a month or 2 or a year). I'm not and usually, most of the time don't play with raw funds, unless if I want to buy bonuses and have 3 top casinos that I play there with almost instant withdraw and the service they offered. I really don't want to waste my time contacting support again and waiting like 5 min to get a single answer. I would like the manager to comment on this review and decide if either I'm welcomed again to redeem bonuses with no such thing as called bonus ban in the future or decide to close my account permanently (or the max 1 year some casinos have). There is no other option unfortunately, I won't and do not need to pay cash/raw to get bonuses, I've never got such a response from +20 casinos I played on and still playing for a long time.
