The first of my problem is that the website doesn't really show many games. I'm not sure if Kanung just has a poor sorting system but there doesn't seem to be many game options there. I gave 8 out 10 stars only because of issues with their VIP program. I have played extensively on this site and notice my VIP status had not changed from when I first signed up. I contacted live chat (who were very polite), enquired into why my VIP status has not changed. Live chat forward my concern to management, who got back to me quickly. I was given my level 5 status VIP bonus (which was achieved by playing extensively), plus 100 free spins for inconvenience.

Although I did appreciate correcting the technical issue with my VIP status, I did not receive any of the level 1 - 4 VIP free spins and cash bonus that I rightfully earned. I contacted management asking to retroactive the previous 4 levels that I did not receive and was told they were unable to do this. I was offered another 50 free spins and 70% bonus (that I accepted) as compensation. If I were to have receive all of my previous 4 level VIP bonuses prior to reaching level 5, I would have received 325 free spins and 80 cash bonus in total. The 150 free spins and 70% bonus, although appreciated, does not seem fair.
