A very good casino did not harass me during the check because they have fast payouts and all the games in one place I have the impression of security in case of a bigger win. Think the connection to the servers is excellent with no downtime and interruption of games.
I also think that the casino itself set up a return to the players very correctly by playing here I don't have a feeling that the games just don't work the right way. I think a larger number of no deposit bonuses should be had at least for regular players so those who have already chosen Konung for their favorite casino. Konung Casino has changed like other casinos too, answering takes now months, game malfunctions asked from provider and not player. This is sad because now we have games that not follow their own instructions. If complaint is made, answer is same and at that point we are not getting any explanations why my screen recorder software records "wrong". Game own logs in game server are also wrong - told by provider of game when complaint is made.

Looks a bit outdated. Their payments system crashes - you are unable to deposit, and the support average response time is around 40 minutes.
I would also like to point out support is giving out contradicting information. Support on mail denied issues with payment system. Live chat support confirms it. I heard they are new, perhaps they are still struggling with optimizing everything. I just hope they manage to do that soon.

They have mobile app where I can play my games at home while in quarantine, I don't have to open my MAC everytime for just 30 mins. Good choice of games overall.

Mobile app is not stable and crashes a lot on iOS (iPhone 11). It will also log me out after long standby. Some games would not launch and makes my screen unresponsive. I just uninstalled it because some features are locked. Please fix update for iOS.

But, the games are not filtered in a way that you can sort it by popularity or by release. Unfortunately, I felt bad in this casino because of their unfair practices towards me.
Practically having experienced a bad RNG after many deposits and for about 3 months, I decide to suspend the account for 6 months. After 6 months, I visit the site, enter my account and find the "profile status" reset! In summary, they zeroed all the VIP points that I had accumulated playing thousands of euros, without even notifying! Conducted to say the least incorrect, definitively closed the account.
