Konung Casino - Will not provide me with my deposit history

I have requested Konung support please provide me with my deposit history. My account is closed, as it is closed they have told me they are not required to provide me with my deposits made. I am happy to forward this email on. I was of the belief you are entitled to have access to any deposits made at any casino.

I would like them to prove me these details. It is a simple request

This complaint has been reopened as per Konung Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
