Sign up was a very fast process so i could get playing straight away, withdrawals are very instant and the wide selection of games is great for people that enjoy gambling.

The fact that I withdrew nearly 4 weeks ago and still haven't received it is a joke. You can't call the telephone number and live chat has now been removed. All I keep getting from emails is its under the correct department bla bla bla. I don't know why I can't just get my money, if the moneys not in by next Wednesday then I will be contacting bank to get the deposits back.

Kassu Casino lacks some games that are popular on the internet. That is why I hate seeing a lot of these ads online since there are some games that cannot be found in their directory. Still, this site does offer a bit of an advantage when it comes to loading speed at least. There is more to expect for the site as they keep on working out the changes that can be done in the long run. They might actually need some budget to work this out and make a change in their designs, user interface, and others.

I only put 7 because I think that they can still improve a lot when it comes to their games. As I said before, they should just work this one out and put some changes when it comes to their selection of games. I think they could also put up some designs and make some changes based on the trends of modern casino sites. There are many others who will keep on working with the fact that there are some others who have a different approach to the design of the site, but I think this could use a rebrand.

Easy sign up process. Wide selection of games from various providers. There is multiple deposit methods and navigating the site is easy. Return to player is OK, and the overall look is good

Verification process is a joke. No real people to talk to on live chat function just a bot that tells you to use the contact form. As with others above with others, made a withdrawal request a week ago. Was asked to verify. Sent off everything they asked for, they then wanted more. Which I provided but they constantly state they can't see it clearly which is ridiculous as it is quite clear. Everytime they request a new document they add another 72 hour wait period onto it for it to be looked at. 7 days for verification is a joke when other sites can do it instantly. Still waiting on my pending withdrawal and likely won't use them again after this

Kassu casino belongs to the popular Genesis Global Limited casino group and I recently started playing at a few of their casino brands. I think mainly because they have that e-wallets exclusion claiming welcome offers made me less interested, as Skrill and Neteller was the only deposit option I used at the time.

Good selection of games. User friendly website, as well as a mobile friendly website. Sign up process was straightforward. On the face of it, a good casino.

After making two withdrawals, I was requested to provide verification documents. I did this immediately. 5 days later still no money nor am I verified after it states it will take up to 72 hours. The agents on the live chat can’t help because it is a different department, so I am left in the dark. It seems like a common theme. Why not ask for verification when deposits are made? That way people won’t get so annoyed with having to wait a ridiculous amount of time to receive their own money.

Hopefully I won’t have to wait 3 weeks like other people have.

This site has a great selection of games, easy to navigate and site works well. Depositing is simple. Good bonus upon sign up. Had some great wins on here too.

The withdrawal times and verification process are ridiculous. I waited 3 weeks for my verification to be processed and my withdrawal paid out. Recently also have another withdrawal that hasn’t been processed in over 5 days to which I’ve now made a complaint. Customer service is practically non existent, phone number goes straight to a machine telling to write in - what’s the point in that?! The live chat has now been replaced by a bot and won’t connect you to a person. They also haven’t been returning my emails sent to customer support.

It’s a real shame because I’ve had some good wins and like the games but it’s far too much hassle trying to get the money you are owed from them.

I played a long time at Kassu and deposited quite a lot of money. I liked the variety of games with several providers and fast withdrawals. I became a VIP player.

When I became a VIP player, I got an e-mail from Kassu promising bonuses etc.
When I then asked for a deposit bonus, no bonus was available. What kind of VIP service is this??
I got fed up and asked for the closure of my account as well as my accounts at other Genesis operated casinos. A customer agent closed my accounts, but put the reason as "self-exclusion". I never asked for self-exclusion, never. This is outrageous.
I'm really, really disappointed with this site and its customer service. I'm taking my money to other casino groups.

Really have been enjoying using this casino! Newly registered but it has been one of my favorites so far. The design and layout of the site is one of my favorites! Really user-friendly and easy to find anything, including setting your own limits to the account for responsible gaming.

So far, never had any issues with the withdrawals I have requested.

The casino has a fair range of games and gets its share of latest releases.
It also has average deposit bonus and overall, it is quite easy to navigate your way around the site.

Verification is an absolute nightmare.
Never had on any other casino site to upload so many documents and every time they ask for another.
It takes 72 hours to validate it.
Made a withdrawal and that's when the verification carry on kicked in.
Also my account was frozen, so I couldn't play any more games with my remaining balance.

Taking a break is an option on the site.

Can't say much else that's positive to be honest. Was recommended to use an online casino streamers link and was totally disappointed.

Verification time process.
Taking extra deposits from bank account leaving you in an unarranged overdraft with fees coming your way. Double the amount you deposit, external company fault who handle the deposits. No help with the fees they have caused to my bank account and always told it is passed to the VIP team or escalated for a quick response.
Having to wait days for a response, and still waiting.
Withdrawal process time, not even there yet.

Very little. Gameplay average, choice average. Looks good from the outside but not a great experience once you sign up and it doesn't get any better than your first click...

Verification process is shocking. Communication response time is terrible. They will do anything to get out of paying you and hope you'll reverse the withdrawal and spend it. Have registered with over 25 online Casinos in the last and this has been by far my worse experience. Avoid at all costs

I like the graphics, thats about it.
Positive part of the review is too short. It should have 150 character or more -
I do not have this many characters of positivity to give as of yet.

I have been trying to get verified for the last week.
I have been told many times now, that it will take 24-48 hours to get me verified. It has already been a week. In the meantime, while I have been waiting, I have been positively verified at three other casinos, 2 of them where done in a single day.
How is this even a thing?

The game choice is ok. That is pretty much as far as it goes as once your finished and want to withdraw it goes downhill from there as they do not stick to their own guidelines.

Everything else. The withdrawal I made has taken 3 weeks plus where I am still waiting for this to be completed. They have requested documents on 3 occasions all for different things which they have taken over 72 hours which they specify is their time frame to come back to you. When complaint made their excuse is they have had an overload of requests. Despite the fact that we had asked a simple why could the requests for all the documents they require not have been asked for in 1 go. They did not even reply to this. I am very unhappy and still battling to get my money.

They will say anything to pacify you, all the while, doing everything in their power to make sure you don’t get your money. My experience is identical to many other reviews I’ve read. Weeks/months to verify your documents so you cannot withdraw. They will be very nice to you on the chat, give you all the smooth talk, so you think something will improve with your situation soon. It won’t. Anything to pass the time and delay you. You will feel like you’re banging your head against a brick wall when you go to withdraw. Worst experience I’ve had with any online casino, easily. Avoid.

The game selection is about on par with other casinos so that's something I guess? I am really struggling to find enough good things to say to fill this space. I guess the layout of the site and configuration is ok...

The VIP section doesn't exist. If like me you play a reasonable amount of money at the casino please don't be enticed here by the so called VIP benefits.
I was told a month ago that my VIP account manager would set up a cashback system on my account... Not true.
I was told that I would receive regular VIP bonuses and match deposit offers... Not a single one ever.
I went to live chat on numerous occasions asking to be contacted by my account manager and literally every time I was told the same thing. "your account manager is working the night shift tonight and will contact you when he's in the office later" never heard anything back. I have since been told that I actually don't even have an account manager assigned yet so these were blatant lies.
Every deposit I have made here has been made under false promises.
Every time you ask them to clarify something that is claimed to be offered to VIPs you get told that they will contact you by email and they never do. Then you're forced to go back to live chat explain what's happening and you get told again that you will be contacted by email. The email just never comes. It's a cycle.
The only thing I have had actually explained was the monthly VIP prize draw. Firstly this doesn't happen every month as was explained, however every now and then players can enter into a competition where players will earn points based on amount of deposits and play and the leaders will receive prizes. Emmmm this is a leaderboard, not a prizedraw. The big giveaway would be the lack of anything being drawn...

Honestly, if like me you come to this site before registering to a new site, please believe what I say as I have nothing to benefit from saying it. This site is not to be trusted. The lies and deception may even be considered criminal. How can you promise benefits to a person spending money there and then never actually give any of the benefits promised?
If they had kept their promises I would have deposited much more than my weekly 200-400 but their conduct is utterly disgraceful.

Extremely good at making you feel valued as a customer...... if you win of course. If you happen to win, then I wish you good luck chasing a response and your money.

Unfortunately this is the second time I'm having to review Kassu but on this occasion the second point I wanted to make people aware of happened after my first.

My first review was made after they had take over 2 months to process a withdrawal despite acknowledging that the KYC process had already been completed. In this time period they had repeatedly ignored 9 emails direct to there customer service and complaints team.

Fed up of being ignored I left them a negative review on here and funnily enough they responded saying the withdrawal had been processed and that if I had any further issues I should contact them. Note: This was a response to the review and not to any of the 9 unanswered emails.

On review of the withdrawal I noticed that I was short changed by £104 (£1043 withdrawal) and on there advice I made contact with them via email. Once again, I have been ignored.

In summary, do not use Kassu.

Had 100% match managed to win £500 from £50 deposit, less than 24 hours and its processed and in my bank account.
Good selection of games. However could benefit more such as blueprint more megaways and higher variance games.

Search bar is annoying as you need to leave to the homepage to then search for the game you want.
Withdrawals could be faster/able to lock for players
