Kassu Casino - Casino claiming to have paid out but haven't

I thought this would be resolved before the casino was going to be shut down but it's taken far longer than I anticipated. Nearly a year ago I tried to make a withdrawal of £275.04 after 8 months of painful back-and-forth verification the casino said it had been paid out. I should've screenshotted the account before the casino was shut down. I have checked the site currently and it says to email support about pending withdrawals, as mine still hasn't been paid into my account it is pending. I have attached a screenshot of the website to back up this statement.

There are no payments from Kassu on my bank account at all that should be enough evidence to show I have not been paid by this casino. They are no longer replying to my emails even though it states that customer support is still active.

My bank statement is unchanged since September last year (meaning I have not had a single payment into the account since September last year), if you check email1 the customer support agent states the withdrawal was supposedly paid into my account on 9/11. I have taken a photo (my banking app doesn't let me screenshot) of the bank balance to date to show that it is unchanged as further proof and have sent this to them along with the bank statement as you can see in email1. You can see the dates in the emails below, email3 was my last attempt at getting them to pay out but they have ignored my last two emails completely.

It's been nearly a year since I tried to make this withdrawal I just want my money!

Kassu Casino - Not received funds for three days as promised

I have played for Kassu some time now and I really enjoyed this casino until this nightmare I am in now. 10 days ago I was requested to verify my bank account when I made a withdrawal. I verified and sent all requested documents and verified my id and address. It got approved and I received my funds. I have made several withdrawals since that time and it has always worked totally fine and been paid out quickly. But this last weekend I made two withdrawals. One of 800 pounds and one of 130 pounds.

On Sunday I received the first confirmation email that it been paid out and 3 hours later I received the last one of 130. I've always received the funds seconds after I received the confirmation email but I never received the 800 pounds only the 130. I understood something was wrong so I contacted their live chat and they escalated it to relevant department. I have now for 3 days tried to get an update or a reply.

The support say it have been technical issues, someone said my bank account wasn't verified even though I sent screen shots of when I sent it 10 days ago. It's impossible to get to speak with someone and I never get any reply when this relevant department will come back to me. I asked them to handle this with high priority because 800 pounds is a lot of money and it doesn't feel good that these have just disappeared. It's also very strange that I received the payout of 130 and another one for 50 pounds that I dis yesterday. Something smells fishy and I'm thinking if this can be reported to any authority.

Kassu Casino - 7 days and still not received my winnings

7 days and still not received my winnings!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and cannot believe the endless delays and hurdles they put in front of customers who win money and want to be paid out. I made a deposit through Apple Pay and expected my withdrawal to be paid instantly. Instead they needed to verify me manually even after the third party vendor system already verified me when I registered.

I have been waiting almost 7 days for my winnings and still not received my money. At the time of writing this i have been promised my money will arrive on Monday as they apparently processed the withdrawal on Thursday and i received this below unsure why you would say 'if for some reason the funds don't reach me they want my bank statement and will launch an investigation'? They can track the transfer through their bank and how would this ever go wrong ? I have read really concerning reviews about people waiting weeks and months for their payouts.

"Please note that the funds arrival can take up to 3 working days from the day the transaction was approved, this was done 2022-03-09 17:04 GMT. Please allow until next week for the funds to arrive. If for some reason the funds have not reached you then, we will request a bank statement from you and conclude a full investigation."

The fact that I withdrew nearly 4 weeks ago and still haven't received it is a joke. You can't call the telephone number and live chat has now been removed. All I keep getting from emails is its under the correct department bla bla bla. I don't know why I can't just get my money, if the moneys not in by next Wednesday then I will be contacting bank to get the deposits back.

Kassu Casino lacks some games that are popular on the internet. That is why I hate seeing a lot of these ads online since there are some games that cannot be found in their directory. Still, this site does offer a bit of an advantage when it comes to loading speed at least. There is more to expect for the site as they keep on working out the changes that can be done in the long run. They might actually need some budget to work this out and make a change in their designs, user interface, and others.

I only put 7 because I think that they can still improve a lot when it comes to their games. As I said before, they should just work this one out and put some changes when it comes to their selection of games. I think they could also put up some designs and make some changes based on the trends of modern casino sites. There are many others who will keep on working with the fact that there are some others who have a different approach to the design of the site, but I think this could use a rebrand.

Easy sign up process. Wide selection of games from various providers. There is multiple deposit methods and navigating the site is easy. Return to player is OK, and the overall look is good

Verification process is a joke. No real people to talk to on live chat function just a bot that tells you to use the contact form. As with others above with others, made a withdrawal request a week ago. Was asked to verify. Sent off everything they asked for, they then wanted more. Which I provided but they constantly state they can't see it clearly which is ridiculous as it is quite clear. Everytime they request a new document they add another 72 hour wait period onto it for it to be looked at. 7 days for verification is a joke when other sites can do it instantly. Still waiting on my pending withdrawal and likely won't use them again after this

Like others I have been waiting for my account to be verified over the casino's policy of 48-72 hours contacted customer service and have uploaded my documents several times still awaiting verification so I am able to play again and withdrawal of winnings has been put on Hold which is disappointing. Been waiting since 27th June for my withdrawal of 5k, account was verified on 5th July where l was told my withdrawal would be processed in 1-3 working days. Now 12th July and still no money in my bank. Customer services keep telling me withdrawal is in final stages??????

Good selection of games. User friendly website, as well as a mobile friendly website. Sign up process was straightforward. On the face of it, a good casino.

After making two withdrawals, I was requested to provide verification documents. I did this immediately. 5 days later still no money nor am I verified after it states it will take up to 72 hours. The agents on the live chat can’t help because it is a different department, so I am left in the dark. It seems like a common theme. Why not ask for verification when deposits are made? That way people won’t get so annoyed with having to wait a ridiculous amount of time to receive their own money.

Hopefully I won’t have to wait 3 weeks like other people have.

The withdrawal times and verification process are ridiculous. I waited 3 weeks for my verification to be processed and my withdrawal paid out. Recently also have another withdrawal that hasn’t been processed in over 5 days to which I’ve now made a complaint. Customer service is practically non existent, phone number goes straight to a machine telling to write in - what’s the point in that?! The live chat has now been replaced by a bot and won’t connect you to a person. They also haven’t been returning my emails sent to customer support.

It’s a real shame because I’ve had some good wins and like the games but it’s far too much hassle trying to get the money you are owed from them.
