I made a withdrawal on 20 December 2021 and still haven't received it. I received an email this morning saying the site will close and I will no longer be able to access my account from the 30th of December I'm not sure what will happen to my withdrawal. Emails were sent but no response, I rang several times but only auto voice and live chat has been closed

We would still require your identity card document and if the bank account is closed we would also require an official letter from the bank stating that your account has been closed.
