Downloaded version has very bad server connection in games, I lost over 300gbp on avalon multiplayer due to game error!

Started playing betting high playing fast building my bonus up after about 20min solid building punching out $ to get my bonus up the game decides to not finish it last spin the reels just kept on spinning. I think it was 5 or so days later I got sick of waiting and wanted to play again. boom there system worked got me to cancel my withdraw.

The casino has a 24-48 hour pending period before they'll even look at processing your withdrawal.
During this pending period the casino has a 'Reverse Withdrawal' option which I strongly disagree with as they do not offer a 'Lock Withdrawal' option. No other complaints!

They promised to match your first four deposits up to $1600, My first deposit was $20 and was matched, My second deposit was $20 dollars and NOT matched, I contacted " customer service ".
