I've now been chatting with them on this issue 9 times and it is always the same thing: "we need an explanation for the address on document" and when I tell my story again, and again, they say "okay I see that and I am now sending the explanation and docs to the right department on high priority". My withdrawal is still pending. So 9×72hrs us how long I have to wait? And now I am also getting the famous "CloudFlare" screen when I try to log in and "chat". They have changed the monthly loyalty bonus. They simply decided they aren’t giving it any more and never told the players.
