IWCasino

IWCasino has generated a lot of good games over the years, but what I like more about this site is the fact that they have a lot of good chat support for their customers, making it easy for them to enjoy a good time in their casino gaming than most.

Perhaps the restrictions for other countries should be removed so that they can be given a chance to play the games offered here. That is the big bummer that is still hard to deal with, which makes it hard to enjoy if you are an avid casino player.

With a score of 7, IW Casino is one of the rising stars of the online casino industry. They have an in-depth catalogue of games which is their best strength. They also have a variety of options when it comes to their sports betting which is a big positive in the modern era. They have strong variety with these games and the promos themselves are strong too. You can expect a clean system that revolves around having a hassle-free system with their payments and bonuses. You can expect a supportive customer service staff too which is a big positive here.

While the score is pretty high, you can expect a smaller amount of banking options. While the payment system is good, the lack of options will be a big problem if it continues to grow. Hopefully, IW Casino can improve on this aspect because they have a potential market that they can improve on. IW Casino has a strong upside because they have solid fundamentals with this site. With both sports and esports betting available on the site, you can expect that some markets will not be present. In the future, you can expect this to improve which is awesome.

I don’t think I can say anything positive about the casino. I had absolutely no positive experience, unfortunately. Absolutely nothing to mention here.

No Live chat.
First withdrawal is only bank transfer.
Blocking account without explanation and ignoring emails.

I saw a complaint on Askgamblers in which the player from Malta writes that he did not get Welcome bonus, despite the fact that the T&C's did not say that the residents of Malta are not eligible for the bonus. I thought that my country could also be excluded and asked the question - can I get bonuses and participate in promotions. I got the answer "Do you mean a sportsbook bonus then it is not available for you". Although I meant all bonuses, including daily casino offers, I decided to ask about the sport bonus "I see there only one sports offer for new customers - "No risk with your first mobile bet!" - it is not available too? I was told "this bonus is not available in your country." After the next question "why then it is not stated in the rules? Can I participate in casino promotions for existing customers at least?" my account was blocked.

I would like to note the following:
1. Regarding Risk-free bet offer "No risk with your first mobile bet!" - It would be absolutely unfair not to pay the bonus on a losing bet if there are no excluded countries in the T&C's.
2. Even here on Askgamblers Russia is not listed in Restricted Countries of the bonus "IWCasino: 100% up to €100" at the moment.
3. Casino's behavior is unprofessional. If players from certain countries are not welcome at the casino, then these countries should be removed from the registration form, or the T&C's should clearly indicate the countries that are excluded from promotions. But instead of this, the casino decided to block my uccount and ignore emails

Fast mobile casino. Good slots and a very good sportbetting design.

Play often there but I never got a coupon for free. The other bonuses are bad. Step by step you must play your bonus money free. They must work on their bonus policies for depositors.

But I like them anyway.

The casino site is very nice. They give all players who has a account there so much without deposit I only registered me at the casino and receive since my registration over 30 € without an deposit so they have really nice bonuses with and without deposit, and the wagering requirements are also good because it is not to high so if u have a little bit luck u can wager the bonus very fast.

I withdraw my winnings without deposit, only the wagering requirements must be done. Also the casino site is very structured. I find all games very fast also the casino site loads very fast.
They also payout and verify ur account very fast one time I get a 5 Euro free bet and win 20 euro with it after this I play at the casino and withdraw 100 Euro without deposit and without any Problems they payout into my bank account.

They have many game providers like the most liked netent and playngo and the nice game provider Pragmatic Play so for me they have all providers which I love to play. The sportsbook is also nice u find all which u want very fast, not like other casinos. They have a Desktop website which I've haven't seen and use it because I only play with my mobile device but what I can say about the casino is that they have a very good mobile site.
Many casinos u must open in the Desktop Version to find or make something but at these site u don't have to do that.

U can claim a free gift with voucher codes in 3 months once time. So if you use a code for 5 Euro and later they put out a voucher for 10 Euro u doesnt can use it
The live support is missing at the casino site but they answer fast of a enquiry

bad bonus terms, no live chat every single time I tried to contact them, site switches to german langauge every 5 clicks, tried contacting them at facebook because I wasn't able to reach live chat and they completely ignored me at facebook aswell.

I like the layout, collection of slots and quick verification process.

Live Chat would be a great option to deal with all the occurring questions on the spot.

Nothing but a pleasure to play at this casino, I have enjoyed many casinos in my time but when its time to cash out the fun stops- but these guys wow in less then 10 min after I sent my document my withdraw was processed and in my account. IW sets an example for how a casino should be run. And Very good and helpful service, IW casino I'm staying with you guys.

I like the selection of slots available, the layout is good, easy to find everything, customer service was responsive and helpful.

- just registered and made a big win
- very fast verification (was confirmed within minutes)
- many different slots to play from different providers
- fast and kind customer support

- verification is needed for the first payout
- if you don't want to use your bonus while depositing you need to scroll down as it is checked and you need to uncheck it
