Gorilla Casino - Won't respond and payment hasn't been processed weeks later
I have been getting completely ignored by this casino regarding my withdrawal since I supplied all relevant ID verification weeks ago. I won 1000 euros after playing many hours on their various slot games and requested withdrawal on the 14th of July. I met all wagering requirements regarding bonus money and had also made a deposit. When I first signed up I was getting emails from Clara who said she was my account manager. She was great at first and was quick to reply about what was needed in regards to ID etc for the payment to be made. I attached all the documents and she said she would get all info to financial team to be processed.... then nothing. That was weeks ago on the 19th. She hasn't responded to any emails asking for a status update. Live chat doesn't work. I asked her over and over for a contact phone number right at the start and she said they don't take incoming calls there is no number to ring. I sent emails to all of Gorilla Casino departments and all of Gorilla Partners departments and staff and nothing. Not one person has replied. It says on website payments are processed on a Thursday so why is my account still saying it's pending and the customer service is appalling I am entitled to know what is happening about the 1000€ . I have done everything correctly and I should have been paid by now. It concerns me greatly that on their and c's it mentions about no contact in 30 days may void winnings. I have gone above and beyond to get in contact and chase this up. I want to have the 1000€ deposited in full in my bank account immediately.

Well, it is very friendly that they offer a 40€ freechip for signup. There are only a few games on this site and they do not offer Betsoft games anymore. I don´t have a problem with that neither with the design of the casino. What counts is, what is inside. And the games are okay so far, the minimum amount you have to bet is a bit high.

I was very happy to win over 350€ with one spin and sure to be able to meet the wagering requirements. But suddenly an "unknown gameplay error" occured, just after winning that bit of pot. I tried some other games and in one it said that I had reached the maximum of bonus betting and would need to depoit, BUT... I didn´t even met the wagering requirements yet. What Casino gives freechips, lets players start playing with them and then forces them to deposit in order to continue playiing a freechip. In my opinion this is a big scam. I am waiting for a casino operator to response but I think the live and email support is always offline -> Do not play in this casino, especially not with real money...

Scouring through all the available promotions listed in Askgamblers, I came upon this gorilla of a casino offering a rather nice $10 no-deposit free chip. A gorilla but not King Kong, wild but not fearsome as King Kong. Okay, a subdued gorilla, if you like. Checking through the details and terms, the casino does not make any player feel excited to sign up and play, which every budding casino should aim for. Nonetheless, for something free, for 'money for nothing', I signed up to take up the no-deposit free chip, and to give this gorilla a try. Will it be good? I wouldn't know until I try!

Registration was easy as expected, verification was automatic, no need to click on any email link, and the free chip got in automatically too. So far so good. Next, I looked through the games available for me to play the free chip on. Not one game was familiar to me, and not one game from BetSoft either. When I clicked on the 3D Games button, nothing happened, but that button then disappeared from view. Damn! I knew it. BetSoft games were not available for me to play on, and I was left with only games from Parlay, which isn't even in my favorite list of providers. Things were starting to look bad for me.

The first game I tried was Dead Man's Chest, a pirate-themed game, complete with a parrot and a one-eyed ghost. A what? A one-eyed ghost? Yep. The Wild symbol in the game. A ghost in a pirate game may be a strange thing, but who cares. A game is just a game. Like it or don't. Simple as that. Yep, simply put, I didn't like it! Payout was terrible, free spins game was unthinkable, the paytable was submersible. Submersible? What does that mean? It means, the game payouts will keep you always under the water. Can you survive underwater all the time? Go figure! Hahaha.

The next game I tried was 'Tropical Aquarium', a new game. Aah, at least this game looked nice and welcoming enough for me to give it a try. Well, maybe because it looks a lot like my favourite game 'Dolphin Reef', minus the dolphin. The fishes are very nicely presented, but the minimum starting bet of $1.25 wasn't. Aargh! Why must Parlay games start with so high a bet size? To get rich faster? Who knows, but I surely didn't like it at all! All my remaining credits went bust so quickly, I didn't even get a good chance to play the game properly. Somewhere in that tropical aquarium, is an invisible PIRANHA fish...so better watch out! Hahaha.

Oh my gawd! It would be very much easier to ask me what I like about Gorilla Casino than to ask me what I don't like! Other than the 'quite nice' homepage design, everything else about the casino just doesn't stand up to my expectations! From BetSoft games not being available for me to play, which would have been at least a good thing for me, to the generally low quality of the 52 Parlay games, to the high minimum starting coin bet size of $0.05 instead of just $0.01, drastic increases in the total bet per spin amount (not gradual, bit by bit), the low payouts from the games, the very low 15 spins maximum for autoplay, cannot select the number of play lines in most games, blah, blah and blah! Geees! Gorilla Casino needs a complete revamp and a complete redesign in order to be competitive at all in this highly lucrative gaming industry. The way things are right now, Gorilla may stay in the jungle for ever more!!!

Since September 18 I'm expecting a withdrawal. I have not received anything. The live chat does not work, I sent email to all emails that I have seen anywhere, and anyone answers me. What happens, it seems to have disappeared?

I joined Gorilla casino about 7-8 months ago. I was looking for some no deposit bonus offer because my Neteller balance was 0. I came across this casino and the first thing I noticed was that they offered Betsoft software. I have to say that I am not a big fan of Betsoft games and I rarely play in those casinos.

I couldn't find any other offer so I decided to make an account and take the bonus. I don't remember how much money I got to start with but it was low maybe 20-30 euros. I didn't have any problems redeeming the bonus or making my account. I went to my profile to check the bonus requirements but it didn't show anything. Bonus amount taken was 0, remaining to wager was 0, everything was 0 like I didn't even take a bonus. But the money was on my balance so I decided to start playing.

Soon enough after some big wins on Slotfather my balance moved up to 100 euros. I was very happy with this so I decided to contact live chat support to ask about the bonus T&C. I found the live chat icon but their live chat support was offline. Ok I sent them an email and continued to play. After some time my balance was 120 euros and I was sure the bonus was wagered because I have been playing for some time.

All of a sudden I got a message that I was disconnected from the server because of excessive delays. I thought it had something to do with my internet connection so I decided to log in later and continue. It was the same after a few hours and the day after and the day after that. A few days later I got a brief message that I had reached the maximum of bonus free play rounds and that I needed to make a deposit. Live chat was offline again so I sent another email. A few days later I sent another email and because I had absolutely no response from them I decided to give up on this casino.

I like the games, I like the such bonus.
To bad that you cannot get your money back;)

I joined Gorilla casino very recently, when I was looking for a no deposit bonus offer. They have Betsoft and Parlay software's and I don't play in their casinos often, because I am not the biggest fan of the games, but I really liked the name of this casino, it seemed interesting, and the logo attracted my eyes too, so I signed up.

After I signed up, the sign up bonus of 40€ was in my balance already. With that I went to play Dr. Jekyll and mr. Hyde. I have to say this was the most useless way to use this bonus. I placed 0.55€ bets per spin and lost all my balance to this game within 20 minutes. I was running after the free spins, which I didn't get. I know that you have to make 100 spins with red potion feature to get free spins, but I don't know how big balance you need to have to do that. This game ate all my money so fast, without even one descent win! I only once got red potion bonus and it gave me less than 1€. What a shame.

The next day I made a 20€ deposit and went to play Greedy Goblins. I placed 1.50€ bets per spin and with my balance I could spent there about less than half an hour. I don't know why this software doesn't like me but it just didn't give me any wins at all, so these both were the fastest times my balance got eaten so fast.

The casino itself is nice, I like the look of it. Deposit took few minutes to get into my balance and they have live chat as well, which is nice. However, I won't be making another deposit there. If both- my ND bonus and deposit didn't give me anything, I don't think I could actually win something there and even though they have 3D slots which many members would really like, they're just not my cup of tea.

I was just reading the complaint which I saw in other forum, which was the same one, so that's why I said, you don't respond to customers, but in this case I wasn't referring to me Eric. But I am very pleasantly surprised that you take very good care of your customers and yes I will agree that most of the complaints made by players are surely by players who doesn't read the casino Terms.

My review will be on Gorilla Casino and this is the oddest name of casino I have seen so far, but what I can do, free chip is free so why not try, especially before you buy! I am not so big fan of this BetonSoft games, although I have some favorites, but I play them only if they are given as a free chip.

So when I was searching for some free bonus I came across this casino from another site, when I saw this casino giving 40 free spins on some of the BetSoft games.

The Part I didn't like about these guys was that they are Curacao license and that they don't answer on emails sent from customers, but that was I have read before I tried this casino. Well such a new casino and already have complaints against them, well that’s not nice start to attract new players.

Well it was a nice offer since they were not asking for deposit so yes I did register and took that free spins. From those 40 free spins I won 28 euros, so that was not so bad start to play for a while, but since the bet per line here was 0.5, well I think all the Betsoft games with the same bet, so 28 was not enough to play as I expected.
