Gorilla Casino didn't pay me and no response for e-mails

I have been getting completely ignored by this casino regarding my withdrawal since I supplied all relevant ID verification weeks ago. I won 1000 euros after playing many hours on their various slot games and requested withdrawal on the 14th of July. I met all wagering requirements regarding bonus money and had also made a deposit. I have gone above and beyond to get in contact and chase this up. I want to have the 1000€ deposited in full in my bank account immediately.
