GalaxyPig Casino - Misleading bonus terms
Made a 15 euro deposit to get the 100% match bonus. Bonus amount was locked, live chat was unavailable so figured I need to play my deposit first because cash is not tied to bonus funds. After I did the bonus amount was still locked. Went through the bonus terms couldn't find any info how to unlock the bonus and finally live chat was available. According to the operator and the terms she stated the deposit amount needs to be wagered 35 times before the bonus is unlocked. Very strange rule, haven't seen it in many other online casinos. The bonus terms on their website are: The bonus amount is 100% of the first deposit amount, up to 250 €. The bonus amount will be totally available for the player to use (play or withdrawal) after all bonus conditions are met. The bonus amount will be transferred from bonus account to your real account after the player claims the bonus on the Balance page under User Account. In order to be qualified for a bonus, the first deposit must be made within 7 days since the customer registration. The minimum amount of the first deposit in order to be qualified for bonus is 10 € or equivalent in local currency. The granted bonus amount must be turnover at least 35 times before funds can be transfer to customer account. The bonus conditions must be met within 30 days after first deposit was made, afterward any claim for bonus will be expired. Nothing about a 35 x wager on the deposit. After I disputed this the operator sends me another text from their general Terms&Conditions which states: All bonuses relate to a deposit needs to be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement is 35x the amount of the initial deposit. Deposit Bonus will be automatically transferred to the bonus account. Deposit bonus will remain as 'Virtual Bonus Money' before all wagering requirements are met. As soon as player completes wagering requirements, all winnings will be automatically converted to 'Real Money' and will appear on the main balance. The main accent is on " All bonuses relate to a deposit needs to be wagered", which the operator refers to as the deposit amount. Well in every other casino All Bonuses relateD to a deposit is the bonus amount not the deposit amount. These are misleading bonus terms by the casino and I feel cheated even though it was a small 15 euro deposit. If I wanted to play with a pure deposit I would have gone to another reputable casino. The operator was clearly not a very good English speaker and by look of the Terms neither was the guy who wrote them

Have been waiting one week for now to get reply to my message about KYC documents. Withdrawal is pending also because that. No contact from customer service and the only way to contact is send email.

Since I played last time they have changed their ‘Welcome offer’ and now I see bonuses of 100% on your 1st.deposit, 50% on your second deposit and 50% on your third deposit. But when I joined them there was 200% 1st.deposit bonus. I had quite much money to play but it didn’t helped me at all to meet wagering requirements. They were pretty high because there is 35 x deposit+bonus money. This welcome offer would be so much more attractive if they lower wagering requirements to 20 x or 30 x deposit + bonus. They we come to withdrawal process which takes between 3 or 4 business days. I have no doubt that everyone would agree this could be way faster too. I say this because there is so many casinos out there with so called instant withdrawals and yes, I think that withdrawal should be fast just like our deposits go instantly to casino accounts and we were discussing this on forum few days ago. That would be fair. Waiting on your money 3 or 4 days is really long time.

I can’t tell anything about Live Support as I never get in touch with them. It seems to be another average casino.

Good navigation and game experience. Good bonus with 35 times wagering.

It's been 9 days since I requested withdrawal. Support doesn't help. Had had 10 chats with them and all useless. So, if you win there, it might take you 1-2 weeks to get your money.

The casino has a great layout and offers you the basic Netent games which is enough if you play your favorite games. I'm not a huge fan of deposit bonuses so in that part I can't really say much about that, just read terms and conditions. Withdrawals were made fast due to fast verification just like that, you can trust them on that.

Now to the part I really disliked. Of course casinos have the terms and conditions for actual bonuses and offers, but there was an offer I did not understand, win the weekend bonus. I read the terms several times, and still I found it poorly explained so I asked the livechat host some questions regarding this offer. She basically said what it was written and linked me to the bonus site. I said, this bonus offer is misleading, I can't see the win/win situation as it was stated, so you deposit 10-100euros you get 10% cashback up to 10e, if you deposit 100+ euros up to 500 you get 15% and so on, the percentage increased based on your deposit.

Ok I understood that but why can't you make a withdrawal if you win during the period of this offer? I mean you can make a withdrawal BUT the cashback will be deducted, lets say I deposit 400 euros which makes me entitled of the 15% cashback, I play for a time with loss/win included, suddenly in win maybe 800 euros, during this time, which is stated in their terms, cashback is based on deposit and net loss, so I play during the weekend loose a lot and suddenly win back my money and obviously I want to withdraw it, I loose the cashback, this is not even an offer, it's two sided sentence and misleading, you are basically saying that you must loose, it's bad, really bad for those who are curious and questioning this kind of thing, I liked the casino at first but now I'm thinking different if I even want to keep the player account, based on this they only get 6/10.
