Galaxy Pig is a casino I explored over a month ago. At first they caught my attention with their unique name, but after I had taken a look at them, they intrigued me with the fact that they offered 100% welcome bonus and cause they have such gaming providers as Netent and Yggdrasil.
Without any big hesitation I registered and made a 15€ deposit, even though the minimum to get bonus was 10€. After I made the deposit, I noticed that the bonus wasn't in my balance. I checked mt account section and saw that the bonus was locked. Another part of the bonus was free spins on for my deposit I was eligible for 10 free spins that I could use on Gonzo’s Quest or few other games, so I decided to check if I at least got the spins, but when I went to game section, there were only Yggdrasil games and no Netent games.
They have a live support but they were unavailable so I wrote them an email inquiry. Soon I received an email saying they were having some issues with Netent and that they would be fixed very soon. Also I was told that the bonus would be released when I wagered my deposit and I believe I had to do it 35x. So I decided to play Nirvana slot with my own funds. I played with minimum bets but couldn't get any winnings higher than 10x bet. When I had about 5€ left, I went to play Seasons slot. I managed to make around 30 spins when my balance was empty.
So the next day I visited them again and still the Netent games were unavailable. I wrote to support again and I was told that they were still dealing with issues and that I would get 10 extra free spins on Jimi Hendrix slot with 2x wager, as a good will bonus. It took 3 days when I was finally able to play my free spins. I won about 1€ and I lost all on Jimi Hendrix slot.
Overall I do have a good impression about them even though I faced many technical issues. I think they have a lot to improve, including variety of games and promotions and adding live support. At least I was pleased with the assistance from email support.
