Before you get creeped out by the circus clowns, you are advised to set your bets. By clicking on "Coin Value +/-" you can set coins size which ranges from the uncommonly 0.01 to 1. During the month of April, “Yggdrasil Gaming” has released its latest game called “Wicked Circus,” which is a video slot created under the traditional structure of 5 x 3 reels which, like many of the games of this company, it has a joker as the main character; in general terms, the circus is the main stage of this game, but all symbols, excepting the joker, are those usually used in classic slots, e.g. fruits, bells, sevens, and stars.
“Wicked Circus” has no wilds because rather than forming lines, the main goal of the player is to get 3 or more jokers, for which Yggdrasil has designed a game system that at first it may seem complicated to the player, but then after a while, it can be machined and understood. The game is that you should get at least 2 jokers during the “Jokerizer Mode” to have the right to hold them on their sites for the next spins until you complete 3, 4 or 5 in total. The “Jokerizer Mode” is automatically activated just after each hit made with one or more lines of 3 or kind or higher, after which you will have the option to collect your profit, but as that is not the goal of the game, your best opportunities will come by doing your following spins in “Jokerizer mode” which is the default option after each hit, and during this mode, the bet will be taken from your earnings that have previously been withheld from your income from hits made during the base game.
As for my experience with this game, I have to say that “Wicked Circus” has the ability to be very generous and very perverse too. Generous, because if you get 3 jokers your payout will be 500 credits, 800 if you get 4 and finally 2,000 if you get 5 of these scatters, I personally did achieve a big win of 2,000 credits in one of my sessions, but unfortunately my bet level was too low at that time. On the other hand, perverse, because during my next couple of sessions luck turned against me and losses started to come, this because, although this game pays for combinations made from left to right and right to left, to achieve activating the “Jokerizer Mode” is particularly difficult because it only has 10 paylines and has no wild symbol to help to decrease the number of dead spins.
Unfortunately regarding this video slot, I have to say it is one of the few games manufactured by Yggdrasil which I haven’t really liked it. However, I know this one is a too new game and maybe I could be wrong, therefore, I think we should give it the benefit of the doubt and wait for new reviews.
