Not paying my winnings, not providing any explanation why

I have faced bad experience with GalaxyPig Casino. I made a deposit on 19 October 2017 and claimed a bonus. My gaming session resulted in a win, I completed wagering requirements and requested a withdrawal of 2300 EUR. Documents required for verification were also sent. I received neither payment, nor any information from casino that would explain the delay for a long period of time. I tried to get in touch with Casino asking if there are any problems but received no reply. All other attempts to get any information from Casino also had 0 result.
I would like to ask AG community for help to establish communication with casino and make resolving this situation possible-
