On 4th October I won 9698 Euro at GalaxyPig Casino. I have played slots and roulette and I have not used a bonus. On the same day I requested a withdrawal for that amount but until now the withdrawal is not processed and it still only shows the status "Requested" in the cashier. I sent GalaxyPig several emails asking about that withdrawal but I never got a reply. Live chat seems to be always unavailable. I sent emails to suppor­[email protected]­ala­xyp­ig.com and affili­ate­[email protected]­ala­xyp­ig.com and I used the contact form on https:­//w­ww.g­al­axy­pig.co­m/c­ont­act-us but I never got any reply. My account is already verified from a previous withdrawal I made.
