Delayed payment of 3200 euros

Hello! I have faced bad experience with GalaxyPig Casino. I made a deposit on 19 October 2017 and claimed a bonus. My gaming session resulted in a win, I completed wagering requirements and requested a withdrawal of 2300 EUR. Documents required for verification were also sent. I received neither payment, nor any information from casino that would explain the delay for a long period of time. I tried to get in touch with Casino asking if there are any problems but received no reply. All other attempts to get any information from Casino also had 0 result. I would like to ask AG community for help to establish communication with casino and make resolving this situation possible- Thank You!

Hello! I would like to write a complaint to Galaxypig.com casino. About a month ago I made withdrawal from Galaxypig .com casino game account. The money left the game account, but I never received it to my bank. I wrote several messages to the support team, but I did not receive any reply to any of the messages. Please find in attachment screenshot. There you can see that the money left the account on 3th of December, but was never confirmed. On 4th October I won 9698 Euro at GalaxyPig Casino. I have played slots and roulette and I have not used a bonus. On the same day I requested a withdrawal for that amount but until now the withdrawal is not processed and it still only shows the status "Requested" in the cashier. I sent GalaxyPig several emails asking about that withdrawal but I never got a reply. Live chat seems to be always unavailable. I sent emails to [email protected] and [email protected] and I used the contact form on https://www.galaxypig.com/contact-us but I never got any reply. My account is already verified from a previous withdrawal I made.

Hello, I opened an account with GalaxyPig Casino Novermber 26th. I made a deposit of 250€ and won 693€. I made a withdrawal November 27th. I have sent them a number of emails, which they do not respond (at all). They do not have a livechat. So I see this as an only and fair option to let them solve the issue.

I did request a withdraw of 2300€ on Saturday 17/02/2017 to my Neteller account. It is clearly promoted that ewallet withdraws take place in less than 24h. I am waiting for over a month now, and the support is not answering with a real reason why my withdraw is delaying. I understand if a payment is delaying for a reason, but just stalling the withdraw for months without explaination, is not the way players should be treated.

I request a withdraw on monday 13/02/2017 and still waiting for my skill withdraw. On the site is clear written about a 24h withdraw period. I start to request 601€ but CS told the only thing he can do is reversing withdraws, so I end up spending half. I keep asking support but i never receive an really answer to when and why my payment is delayd.

Deposited 100 EUR on 08/02, took 100%, wagered it and requested 1100 EUR. At the same time contacted through chat and submitted KYC docs. Next day was asked for another utility bill and sent it as well. Today is 17 February and their chat is still saying that it's up to FI to process my withdrawal.

Made a 15 euro deposit to get the 100% match bonus. Bonus amount was locked, live chat was unavailable so figured I need to play my deposit first because cash is not tied to bonus funds. After I did the bonus amount was still locked. Went through the bonus terms couldn't find any info how to unlock the bonus and finally live chat was available. According to the operator and the terms she stated the deposit amount needs to be wagered 35 times before the bonus is unlocked. Very strange rule, haven't seen it in many other online casinos. The bonus terms on their website are: The bonus amount is 100% of the first deposit amount, up to 250 €. The bonus amount will be totally available for the player to use (play or withdrawal) after all bonus conditions are met. The bonus amount will be transferred from bonus account to your real account after the player claims the bonus on the Balance page under User Account. In order to be qualified for a bonus, the first deposit must be made within 7 days since the customer registration. The minimum amount of the first deposit in order to be qualified for bonus is 10 € or equivalent in local currency. The granted bonus amount must be turnover at least 35 times before funds can be transfer to customer account. The bonus conditions must be met within 30 days after first deposit was made, afterward any claim for bonus will be expired. Nothing about a 35 x wager on the deposit. After I disputed this the operator sends me another text from their general Terms&Conditions which states: All bonuses relate to a deposit needs to be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement is 35x the amount of the initial deposit. Deposit Bonus will be automatically transferred to the bonus account. Deposit bonus will remain as 'Virtual Bonus Money' before all wagering requirements are met. As soon as player completes wagering requirements, all winnings will be automatically converted to 'Real Money' and will appear on the main balance. The main accent is on " All bonuses relate to a deposit needs to be wagered", which the operator refers to as the deposit amount. Well in every other casino All Bonuses relateD to a deposit is the bonus amount not the deposit amount. These are misleading bonus terms by the casino and I feel cheated even though it was a small 15 euro deposit. If I wanted to play with a pure deposit I would have gone to another reputable casino. The operator was clearly not a very good English speaker and by look of the Terms neither was the guy who wrote them
