I made deposit and wasn’t added to my account I provided proof, a screenshot that payment had been made via neosurf it even had my username in the reference. Customer support wouldn’t add my deposit it would need to be sorted by there payments team that would take up to 48 hrs.
They offer an instant deposit method this is false and misleading information as a consumer I have a right to that instant deposit!
Admittedly I have had a few issues with the casino in my few days playing with them (e.g. the games keep coming up with my balance is $0 when it isn't) There was also an error in their terms and conditions, but I am pleased with the customer service I've received. They are very responsive and friendly. They also approved my documents within a couple hours with no faffling around.
As stated above, technical issues and a contradiction in their terms and conditions (it said live casino games are included in their bonus in the terms and conditions, but then they wouldn't follow through on this). They addressed the issue when I contacted them.

Much much dislike to the fact that non VIP players have a $10000 monthly withdrawal limit. It will take me months to withdrawal my recent win. Joined up at this casino around 5 years ago, I stopped playing here maybe around 2 years ago but with all the changes to online gambling and our government I went back to play again as they still accept aussies. In terms of the outlay comparatively a little clunky to other casinos, no filters that allow me to search on Brand names of slots, seem to have issues with playtec games but really these are only picky things. In terms of RTP - its pretty good. Withdrawal process. When I first signed up you could withdraw to your credit, it worked perfectly. I basically left here 2 years ago because of this reason. Its a direct withdrawal process.
