Fast withdrawal

Sometimes a little busy payment department, but it s not problems!

The variety of games is good and new games are being added all the time. Support are some of the friendliest I've come across and they are always there to hand out no deposit spins or help with anything you need. Withdrawals are great too. I have made a few withdrawals so far and each time the money has been in my bank within 48hrs.

The emu shop isn't the best. Hard to get enough points to buy very little and there hasn't been any discount promotions that I've seen so far.

3 months and account is being reviewed with an $800 balance.

Had an issue with a deposit bonus play through % wasn't right, I can't remember if it was a $50 or $100 I deposited but after playing through over $1000 going from $2-$5 spins it said only 6%.
So I questioned them on chat and after 30 minutes of confusing chat they had changed the max bet on bonus to $1 so they said now it is a bigger playthrough amount as I increased the bonus amount and must now play that out on max $1.

I wasn't happy and said I will leave a review about it on here, and continued on spinning.
I then opened another window to change slots to find they had blocked me out of my account. I questioned the same CSR on chat and she said she sent it for a compliance review.
Luckily the original slot was still open and I could still play it out, leaving over $800 that I can't access until review is completed.

I had a little trouble verifying my account when I first signed up which was frustrating.

This has been the worst online casino experience I've ever had. From the deliberate delays for verification to the constant issues with verification. I've never experienced this before with any other online casino. Normally there are issues with verification which I understand, but this is really frustrating and increasing my anxiety levels.

The main issue I have is that the customer support actually are horrific and are more likely to attack you than support you with the issue.

I also never received emails from them in relation to open tickets, and I had a card from over 9 months ago that was used, which is another preventing issue for withdrawing from deposits made in the last 3 months.

Overall, it is the worst experience I've ever had and cannot recommend this as a suitable online casino.

They always take longer than they state on their website (verification, approval of withdrawals, receiving withdrawals) and they will always say it’s a high number of people doing the same thing (perhaps they should get more staff?)

Also at one point had money taken out of my account when it had said payment method declined and the staff member assured me it hadn’t (frustrating because I put it through again not knowing!) and was extremely difficult to get it back.

Also had them cancel withdrawals on me (bank transfer) in order for them to try get me to withdrawal via visa (which my card doesn’t allow) this happened 4 times with me emailing them in between stating it was not possible for me to withdrawal via visa.

My advice would be to find a different casino
