Stalling my payments

HI,

I won a hefty amount of money in December 2020 @emucasino , I was told due to their withdrawal policy I can only withdrawa 2500 per week to my ewallet, which was fine by me.

I currently have a pending withdrawal of 2500gbp from January 9 2021 and it still pending since then.

Their excuse for the past 9 days is that their "payment service provider is upgrading their integration and the winnings will be in your account within the next few days".

As per EmuCasino withdrawal policy all verified accounts have their ewallet payments processed and sent out within 24 working hours. We are now moving on the 10th day !

Can you please stop stalling EmuCasino ?

Hi Emu ,

Can you please make an exception and let me withdraw to my bank account ? you have already provided two other exceptional methods which are neteller and skrill but it is not allowed for Canada. It's inconvenient for a client to wait over 2 weeks to receive one payment when withdrawal limit to ewallet is only 2500 per week.

For askgamblers, I have received the said payment (but still unable to withdraw the rest of my winnings).

Your most recent withdrawal request was approved on the 30th January 2021 via Ecopays and we believe the funds should have been in your account almost immediately.

We use the same method as pay in and payout unless if there is any other issue, we will recommend a different e-wallet. Please be informed that we are trying our level best to deliver good customer experience and we appreciate your understanding on this matter.
