I like Emu Casino, it has some of my personal favorite games to play and their own games like Eddy Dundee which is my favorite. I have been playing with them for just over a year.

There are a few so I'll list them.

Withdrawals
I have Skrill but prefer to withdraw any amounts directly to my bank account to avoid fees.
It takes way too long to withdraw money from emu compared with other sites. They have a process that is obviously broken and needs revision.
The process to withdraw is:
Select the amount to withdraw.
Select withdraw method (Skrill or Bank transfer).
Submit.
From this point, it should take 2-3 days to receive. Unfortunately, that's not the case with emu support.
The team cancels every large withdrawal (anything over $500NZD) and ask via email for information to be input in their format to process the deposit. Not saying my information for bank transfer was incorrect, they just need it in their specific way to process. Once you do this they say it is under review, the review process takes (in my experience) 1 - 3 days, and once approved they email to confirm and say the deposit will be received by bank transfer a further 2-3 Days. This process isn't sufficient and needs to be reviewed ASAP.

Customer service
The team used to be really efficient and answer most questions via chat, unfortunately, the chat system responses are no longer working this way. Response times now are like 2 days and generally, the chat responses have already been answered by another team via email during this period, making the whole situation very confusing and impossible to resolve anything if you need actual assistance.

Emu point redemption.
I recently redeemed a large amount of Emu points for free spins to play on the selection of games they have for this, unfortunately for me, the games had been removed from Emu, and customer support said I wouldn't be able to spend my earned redeemed points but could deposit real money and play another game and receive a bonus (the same bonus everyone gets) ...I never followed up with this and won't be redeeming anything or accepting any bonus from emu in the future.

Absolutely the worst online casino to play on mobile, and then it isn't that much better on PC. Needs to be reviewed ASAP.

Been a customer for more than 3 years.
Used to have a good fast withdrawal, very responsive and have a very good interface. In the past, everything was processed accurately.
When you have big winning amount, they will reject your withdrawal saying that they are not able to transfer because of bank regulation. Previously I have no issue with withdrawal and all of a sudden they are giving this excuses when i have bigger winning amount ($20,000).
I have support ticket that is opened since Feb 2021 and until now, May 2021 is still not resolved. Keep saying that they are waiting outcome from management team. I have to do follow-up every day to speak with their manager and its just really hard to reach them.
Either the managers (Tyler and Wayne) not on shift OR he's on leave. Seems like he is on leave every week...
They keep giving false promises, saying they will give the outcome in 24 hours, 12 hours or whatever it is but it never happens.
I keep following-up on a ticket in daily basis and keep getting un-clear responses where they admitted themselves either the casino or game provider encounter issue on one of my bet.

I reached silver level... upon getting to silver lever it states you get ‘cash drops’ and free spins on all games. Fast withdrawal
Sometimes a little busy payment department, but it s not problems!

The variety of games is good and new games are being added all the time. Support are some of the friendliest I've come across and they are always there to hand out no deposit spins or help with anything you need. Withdrawals are great too. I have made a few withdrawals so far and each time the money has been in my bank within 48hrs.

Had an issue with a deposit bonus play through % wasn't right, I can't remember if it was a $50 or $100 I deposited but after playing through over $1000 going from $2-$5 spins it said only 6%.
So I questioned them on chat and after 30 minutes of confusing chat they had changed the max bet on bonus to $1 so they said now it is a bigger playthrough amount as I increased the bonus amount and must now play that out on max $1.
