They also have another bonus code that can only be used once per month... depending on your VIP level. The max cashout is 2x. For example: if I were VIP level 3, I can redeem for a free $500 chip that comes with a 2x maximum cashout (via $1,000).
Just remember they don't allow 2 consecutive free chip to be used. You can use free chip in between deposits.

Withdrawal time takes so so long.
I'm gonna make maybe 2 more deposits (to take advantage of 2 other free chip ) and then I will no longer play with this casino. That means after July, I will cease playing at this casino.
I feel that they take too long to withdraw. They do pay though. But I can’t stand the aggravation of wait for the money.

There is nothing to like about dreams casino. They will take all your money. Customer service will act helpful but in reality is just prolonging your withdraw. There is no excuse for taking four months to withdraw.

Even if you win at dreams casino it may take you many months to get your winnings. Even if it's only $100. They give you the runaround and force you to file a complaint to get your winnings. Should be shut down. Do not play there. You will regret it.

Worst casino ever for payout. Steer clear, they are on several blacklists across the internet. Keep delaying payouts. Full of lies. Takes over a week to get a canned response even.

Good customer service, quickly attention and nice employees, but they also use too much automatic messages or premade answers to answer you and they wont have a definitive answer, will only tell you how long should take the process

Worst casino ever to play, to do a withdraw they have been taking more than a month and it wasn't even a huge withdraw, and they tell me to wait and wait and wait everytime I contact them, first they told me 2-3 days, then 5-7 and now they are telling me 7-10 days...

Dreams casino, unlike their sister casino Capt Jack's, will take your money and give you a lot of play. The glitch is that IF you win, you'll play hell trying to jump through all the hoops to get paid. I made a withdrawal on my winnings in May of 2020.....now it is the end of September and still no money. I have submitted the forms and claims at least 8 times. Now I've been told that I meet all the requirements and should be paid soon. I have been told that at least 4 times in the last month. Still.....NO MONEY. Stay away, it's not worth it.

Basically once your money goes in it isn’t coming out. Stupid withdrawal rules, takes about 10 days to even get a response on documents to be told they’re invalid. To wait another how long... processing times are beyond awful, you’ll be lucky to see any money again never mind within a month.
