Games are great however I am struggling to find anything much positive to say regarding the honesty of the site and customer services. Have no positives.

Worst casino. Won and withdrew. Not in terms and conditions but is held for up to 72hrs in case you want to reverse! Withdraw section all ticked so needed nothing but thought they would email if id needed. When going on to check if done played free spins. No id requested just a email to say withdraw sent back to account. They found id but money locked in account due to winnings from free spins after withdraw. All this not to pay out this site needs closing don't play, it is all about avoiding paying out.

Withdrawal process - I have been playing here for almost 2 years now and the withdrawal process is getting worst. I have $2280 and $2370 pending since 04/04/17 and $2500 since 04/11/17. On 04/03my $2280 withdrawal was chop to $1000 approved and the $1280 pending, (get this) 05/03/17 no longer 04/04/17 and the other 2 still pending. Before the $1000 was approved I have to send my withdrawal documents 5 times, each timeafter I send it was told it was received and a couple of days later send them again because it was missing some documents(again). I think the casino wants to prolong paying me as much as possible, If this continues I am going to switch to another casino, the frustration is not worth it. Wake up dreams casino your players are not idiots, we pay and expect to be paid on time when we winsthis extending time frame for payments will hurts your reputation pretty soon

Totally above board. Have withdrawn winnings on multiple occasions and have been paid in a respectable amount of time. Generous payouts on slots and my communications with Ryan from support have been prompt and helpful.

I like nothing on this casino, horrible colors, the only good part is that they do add new games from time ( just like all the other 99.99% of online casinos), that would be the reason why I gave 1 star. The games are relatively fair.

Play with them only if you like to beg for your money, the people on chat are completely rude and unqualified for the job they do, and that is to give you assistance regarding any problems you have during your game and after, they vaguely answer to questions.The problem is, you got lucky with the game, but you can't withdraw because they say is just for fun'' then they ask you to deposit more, then they tell you are confused.

My advice, stay away from them, I know this is what I do, starting today, put my credit card, very far away from this casino.
