I have a winnings payout yet first they want to verify my documents. I have been sending them my documents for months and they have never verified. I can't speak to anyone that will help me. I just keep getting a run around from anyone I speak to on chat. My documents are valid. I have sent multiple emails.

This is not exactly accurate, is it? You may as well be honest, as I have the proof, which I'll be forwarding on to AskGamblers management.
The fact of the matter is that you attempted to forge the expiration date on your ID (and you did a really poor job of it). Clearly, your ID has expired and you were trying to pull a fast one on us, but it didn't work.
At this point, in order to move forward with your withdrawal, we will need to have copies of your CURRENT VALID ID. Additionally, you will need to admit in this complaint that you did indeed attempt to forge your ID (remember, I'll be forwarding the evidence to AG management). Until you admit this, we will not move forward with your verification or any withdrawals.
I've attached my email address for you to use--please send your ID copies directly to me. Once I receive this, I will have your verification completed.
