I don't really know what happened on that day, but my withdrawal claim stayed pending for a few days longer than it should. The reason was probably due to the fairly slow documents verification process, and this further delayed the whole payment process. The Live Chat host confirmed this.

I have no trust anymore about most online casinos.

I chose this casino because of the Microgaming slots, I like them very much and I think that have a good payout rate. Regarding the name, it doesn’t say many things, it was an unknown casino for me but because I didn’t have another option, I signed up and made a deposit. With a 10 euro deposit via Skrill, I was able to claim a 100% bonus up to 250 euro, the wagering requirements were good enough, 30 x bonus amount.
