I received a cash-out of 1049.99 from Club World Casino on April 26th 2017. I deposited it and today it was removed from my account as the check bounced. I closed my account with Club 'World and can not log in to print my details. Cashing international checks like this already looks suspicious, and to have a casino bounce the check looks even worse. They could close my account for it being suspicious. Im beyond upset with Club World. I have lost much more then what this check amount is. This needs to be resoved immediatly.

Unfairly Removed Comp Points Worth $370

I played at Club World and I actually did very well. Initially I was able to cash out good after clearing a bonus. They paid promptly and I thought this is a great place. Then I login to play again and bonuses are removed. I ask customer service what is the deal. They stated I won too much and so I was no longer eligible for bonuses. Meanwhile I am continuing to play even without a bonus. I hit good again and had a solid cash out. I was told I would be paid out but my account was being closed...for winning too much. So I added a review here about it and they reopened my account...claimed it was a mistake. Someone obviously realized that a casino that closes accounts just because a player got lucky...is not really legitimate. I go back in and I try and use my comp points that I earned on their website risking my deposits and in most cases without even using bonuses. I click to comp points and it says this has been removed from your account. I had over 37,000 comp points. I understand...albeit do not agree with the practice of removing bonuses and loyalty programs from players because they are winning too much. I don't think that is right, but at least I understand their reasoning. But taking away what a player had already earned from play...that is just downright thievery and that is what they did. When I deposited and I continued playing back winnings...I did so because at the time I was eligible for comp points. I was having fun with the knowledge that if I busted out, I would have still earned some comp points to play some more. Well I never got to use what I earned because they stripped that away from me as well. So removal of bonuses...discriminated against for winning on their website...and then comp points taken away....again for winning on their website. I followed every single rule for their site and yes I got lucky and won more than I lost. Sometimes that happens in real casinos. Apparently with Club World players are only allowed to play there if they manage to lose more than they win. Completely unethical. Again if they would have said you can use your comp points because YOU LEGITIMATELY earned those points, but you will no longer accrue points because you have just won too much...I actually would have been okay with that. Pretty crappy for what is supposed to be a legitimate casino, but that would have been acceptable. Taking them away after I earned them is the same as forfeiting winnings. Again everything was above board...I just won too much at the casino so this is how I have been treated. I think every player should be fully aware that if they win more than they lose they will be treated like a cheat and the casino will not honor their loyalty program.

Refusal to pay my winnings...

I am hesitant to file this complaint because I really enjoy playing slots at Club World Casino, but I feel I was jipped out of my winnings, and this may be the only way for resolution. I've been gambling with Club World for several months now - and I've made many deposits but no withdrawals until now. I recently won $259 using a $25 coupon with 10x max payout. My withdrawal attempt was declined for various reasons. First they needed verbal confirmation from my mom since I had used a card in her name in the past (so my mom and I completed their request). Next, my card wouldn't accept deposits - so I gave a list of my other cards in hopes to find one that works. I asked about having a check mailed but was told I couldn't because the amount was under the required minimum of $350. In the mean time, I continued to gamble and made deposits totaling $270. I was still trying to cash out the original $250 to verify that I can actually cash out my winnings - because what's the point of depositing hundreds of dollars to gamble with no chance of ever cashing out. Well, yesterday the withdrawal attempt was declined again and $234 was refunded as my balance. They deducted the $25 for the original bonus. I thought that since they took back their original $25, the money was now mine to do as I wish. I figured the only way to ever cash in was to win more than $350 so I could have a check mailed to me. After losing almost all, I surprisingly hit the random jackpot for over $1000. It was incredible, and I just kept getting lucky after that! I decided to be smart and ended up cashing in at $2500 (requesting a check). Well, this morning I had an email saying Club World couldn't verify any of my cards because they needed 6 digits rather than the 5 they originally told me. I was frustrated and decided to call Club World. I told the representative about my winfall. She put me on hold for quite some time to talk to a cashier, and came back to tell me she had bad news and good news. The bad news was that I wasn't entitled to the $2500 because it fell under the "bonus" terms. The good news was that i was entitled to $225 and they would send me a check. I explained I didn't think it was still under the bonus terms because they already took back their original $25. She again checked with the cashier and said that was not the case. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said she was a manager. I told her they might as well remove all the excess money if it was good for nothing. I later received an email stating that $225 was approved for payment and sent out - it wasn't $250 because they took $25 for a check processing fee. I have thought about this all day, and the more i think about it, the more upset I get. I feel that Club World truly owes me the full $2500. I do not feel I was still under the bonus terms because they declined my withdrawal request twice and deducted the original bonus amount from the amount they returned to me. In addition, I deposited more than $250 while attempting to cash that in. I feel that Club World is being dishonest. It's even more upsetting because I love playing at Club World, and if this hadn't happened, I would continue to be a loyal customer for years to come. Will someone please look in to this? Progressive Jackpot Won Only To Be Told It Was a Human Error

Although I like this casino I recentrntly won progressive of $79k on spirit of inca. I was told by club world chat congrats on my winnings and it is standard procedure to wait 3 days to confirm. I started to contact club world and was inform over the phone that it was an error and RTG would be sending a letter. I was told by my VIP manager that RTG was testing the machines progressive jackpots and the person who does this did it on the live progressive instead of the one he was suppose to do it on. I was of course very upset, especially because when I won I immediately went to live chat to confirm. As I said they were very happy for me; so hearing now it was an error seemed fishy. The amount that was flashes on the screen was $79,247, but the letter from RTG stated that I could not have won because it shows $175,000 winnings and I was betting only .50 cents. I was aware of what I was betting and what I could potentionaly win. It did not flash $175k. The letter goes on to say that it was a human error that cause the jackpot to trigger, and told me to reveiw #8 of terms and conditions, which I did. It states jackpots are void is the machine malfunctions, but this was not a machine error it was a human error. I would like to get some help resolving this issue. Won't payout 400$ in winnings, endless verification cycle.

Made a deposit and won 400$ and made a withdrawal. Got the email about verification and emailed cashier the documents they asked for. After that this endless cycle started with new demands every time. I gave them the same files that I've had no problems at all with verification on other casinos. Need better photos, so I gave them better photos. After they got photocopies on all documents that they said they needed, they started with new demands. Now I have to have the ID scanned in color with 300 dpi, which I cannot do since do not own a scanner. The pictures are in a 2448 x 1836 resolution and fully visible. I have trouble understanding why they would need such high dpi on the ID, since everyone else including other UK based casinos that I have verified accounts on does not. I have all email conversations saved. Been playing online casinos for some time now and I have never ever experienced anything like this at all. Also the site says withdrawal in instant on Skrill but the chat support said, 7-9 days! Which I thought was a bit extreme and I get the feeling that it's impossible for players to withdraw any winnings on this casino.

Having troubles with my account after a negative review

After posting an anonymous review on this site where I complained about my return to player (87% on 140000 spins lol), the casino rep asked for my username. I specifically asked if anything untoward would happen to my account including being banned for complaining. Read my review and the replies: the rep specifically stated "we are not that kind of outfit" and the rep gave me his/her word that they wanted to investigate my claim because such terrible luck deserves attention because it is so far below the average. My account was immediately stripped of all depositing options as of this morning with not one single email or even a reply from the rep that you can see gave me his/her word and cited casinomeister awards. Hmmmmm. Not only is this punishing the player for complaining but it is among the most direct violations of trust I've ever experienced as a customer in my entire life. I will gladly post various screenshots and logs and emails if you so desire. There is no room for interpretation: I provided my username after they gave me their word. Club World Casino Ripped Me Off

I have been playing at club world casino since 2012. On December 13, 2014, I won $200 and for the first time, I decided to cash out. A few days later, i received an email from them saying that i have an unverified credit card with them that i had used 3 months before. The card in question was a PayPal card which i no longer had and the card I paid with at the time of winning was my regular bank card which I always use and they have my record on file. i explained this to them, but they said unless i produce that card, they will not pay me. lucky for me, i had another PayPal card with same number for my wife. I sent them front and back copy of card with my wife ID card. But still they refuse to pay me. Even thought i have lost hundreds and hundreds of dollars with them and never asked for charge back. Today I got an email saying my account has been closed Upon doing a little research online, i have found hundreds of other users complaining of the same issues, with many on your site. Im very dissapointed with this casino, and their ignorant staff which dont want to reply your answer but they rather change the topic on something unuseful. So there is my problem: I registered to Club world casino and used their no deposit bonus, i was playing i had some luck and did wagger bonus money enough times to make withdraw(300$). Later i realized maximum cashout from this bonus is 150$ but thats not important. I made withdraw request, then i talked with support on live chat, and here it goes: operater asked me if im still a student. Im only 18 years old full employed person, but its not long time i did end my school, so i accidentaly said yes. My account was freezed in 2 seconds after that. I told to support that was mistake, and how can i reopen my account. He said me to write to a casino cashier service so i did I explain them my situation, i send them pictures of my documents( for verification) I send them a picture of document which is total proof i am not student anymore. I even send them my JOB CONTRACT for 2 years full employment. If they would ask i can send them even more documents for proof But problem is they dont want to!! Club USA Casino - Said they must close my account

After reaching the $100 mark in black jack after depositing $25 i called for help withdrawing the money. They asked if i was enrolled in college and i said no, they said oh you are and i said no again. They said i heard a yes and we do not accept college students therefore we must close your account and refund your $25 (which they said will take 28 days) when i said i am a full time employee not a college student they switched up the roll and said "you have to make $1500 in bets to be eligible to withdraw, you have only made $90 in bets" and said my account was being closed. Why would you have to make $1500 in bets? After arguing over it she said she was hanging up and my $25 would be in my account within 28 days again, then said goodbye.

Club USA Casino - What is going on with my withdrawal

I dont want to complain quite yet about payout issues because its only been 6 business days...but they told me 2 to 5 business days..and when I asked last night they said up to 7 business days. All I ask is for a little honesty and consistency. My husband laughs at me and says did you get your monopoly money yet? Implying that I am being scammed. At this rate I am starting to feel that way. Tomorrow is business day 7 and I am sure when I ask someone tomorrow they will change it to 10 days. It would be nice to have this money for our vacation in a week. So as of now all I can say is...games.are great payout percentages are great...customer service is prompt..but as for payout times...I feel like someone is playing games with me.

Club world casino is my favourite real time gaming casino ever as it gave me a big no deposit bonus of 77$ when i joined them and RTG does not usually give such big no deposit bonuses and i was shocked to see this casino. And this is why now i am tick on option where you get in the beginning that you want to receive mails about promotions and all because form there only i got this offer and registered on this casino site.

Good thing was they had an instant play mode of the casino and no time wasting in downloading the casinos software. After doing all the formalities i opened the game count spectacular as always the game took a lot of time but now i do not panic because i know this happens every time you play on rtg casino for the first time. I have notices that there is a change of games on casinos from RTG because on a lot of casinos i have not seen this game count spectacular. here i hit the smiling dog thing and after that a a black suited guy appears on the screen and does something with this hands and this feature got me 0.24$. Then i hit the haunted house with the mirror and again that guys appears on the left of the game but this time i had won 2.40$. This was the only new slot i tried on this casino apart form the Aladdin wishes and coyote cash.

then i opened progressive slots and this was my first time playing progressive slots on RTG and opened food fight. And i hit the tomato with the pizza thing and it got me 5$ and the pay outs on these slots were very big but so was the bet on one spin. i enjoyed the progressive slots the most and loved it. Developed By real time gaming and this is one of the best casinos from RTG right now and i saw the no deposit bonus and that is when decided to join this casino. I lost the no deposit bonus within no time as i always use it to test the games and the inter face of the casino and i noticed that i was winning good but i lost the no deposit bonus deliberately. So by playing from the NDB i realized that they have a good return on the money.

I made a real money deposit and got 100% match up bonus as part of the welcome package offered by them . i had deposited 50$ and got 50 from the casinos as well and 100 was enough for me and in fact more than enough because i do not usually deposit 50$ in a casino. I started playing Alladins wishes and they have a very high variance and i was betting the minimum because i was playing this game for the very first time. After some 10 or 15 spins i started getting some scatters and features and i was waiting desperately for a multiplier because that pays the real money but sadly that did not happen . After that i played the game which is by the name of casino only and i found it really weird and funny. But this game had a very good return on money and i played it for a lot of spins.

I would have really liked some good table games but i requested a withdrawal very soon here as i had to leave because of some reasons. I managed to make 180 from this casino and after the verification i got the money within a couple of days. I would rate this casino 8 out of 10.

As I was looking for a ND bonus I noticed a 6 dollars ND promotion and after downloading and registering my account I asked live chat to confirm for me if this bonus is still active. Actually instead of 6 dollars I was credited with 25 dollars and a wager x 20 bonus. Max. cash-out 5 x bonus. Minimum deposit if you make it for withdrawal is 21 dollars. Bonus is for slots, keno and scratch cards. Sounds fine to me.

Club World Casino uses Real Time Gaming software. Compared to another casino I tried today which was over colored and I couldn’t even find the live chat tab, their site looks so simple with easy navigation. It took some time to load some of the games, actually all of them and I am not sure if it is related to my internet connection or not. But I had to log out and sign in again to see what is going on.

Enchanted garden is the game I wanted to try this time. I couldn’t see before the game opened how beautiful the theme was. It is a 5 reels 20 paylines slot. I set up my bet on 0.2 and two scatters gave me a 0.20 win. Scatter is a fountain symbol with butterflies jumping out of the water. After hitting the next spin butterflieson 3 lines gave me 2.43 dollars win after increasing my bet on 0.4. After my balance went down on 8 dollars I lowered my bet on 0.1, I wish I didn’t and any time I do so I trigger scatter and finally I got 3 scatters which gave me a small win because of my small bet. Biggest win was 5 dollars but i didn’t want to change this heaven game for me, heaven for my eyes, letters symbols, lady with green hair, fairy tail horse, metallic blue egg, butterfliesand many nice colors on the paylines.

I think this group of casino is best option for players from USA, and i am also playing sometimes and their different brands, because this is best real time gaming casinos right now. I never experience any problem with this casinos, and no one from my friends also report me any kind of problems.

Like all other casinos in this group, Club World casino was giving away no deposit bonuses in past, and i was happy to get 50$ bonus with 2500$ wagering requirements and 250$ max withdrawal. I played couple of games which i already liked while playing with no deposits in others casinos, but there i did not have luck to clear no deposit bonus.

Of course I played at this casino few times, just took some bonuses from them and have fun. I never have withdrawal from this casino, and this is ok because i had withdrawals from their other brands. This place is a total scam. Do not use this I lost almost $1000 trying to play roulette. They let you win a little bit but there comes a point if you win 4-5 times in a row, they will make sure you don't win for the next 10 rounds. I played for days on here and total scam. One time I had 19 odds in row... unheard of. 90% of the time its always the opposite of what you pick. If you start to double up then forget about it, you won't win at all. Also I tried their slot machines. Their dollar slot machine pays you 15 cents every 10 spins. Its a f**king joke. They do pay on withdrawals which I managed to get only one withdrawal. Ever since then, I can't even make more than $20 in roulette.

Club World Casinos is by far the best online casino group for USA players. Although their play-through requirements have greatly increased during the past year due to what I am only guessing is increased competition and anticipation of U.S. operators getting back into the market, they are the only online casino group that I've encountered that actually does pay you a requested withdrawal within the 4-7 days time frame as stated on their withdrawal policies. This includes processing and payment. Most other casino groups (without knowing for certain about every casinos claims for prompt payments, and without naming names at this point anyway) have taken at least 3 weeks to well over a month to process your funds which took about 11 seconds to deposit.

I also believe it is very important to mention that my first withdrawal was not a terrific experience due to a pay2mycard (w/d option for a $9 fee) that was paid to a prepaid card that unfortunately was not the requested card to have my funds sent to. However, after an understandably amount of due diligence on their behalf, where the funds still remain and apparently inaccessible forever (I've since thrown the card away and can only wonder what happened to or eventually will to the money) on a prepaid card bought at Ralph's supermarkets and issued by their parent company Kroger, the funds due to me were paid after about a 4 week period, where Club World with unsurpassed customer service honored my w/d request.

To sum it up, Club World Casinos I am certain is the best online casino in the market to date, who pays w/d requests as actually promised.

Club USA Casino a good name for a group of RTG Casinos.
My first date with Club USA casino was few months ago and I remember that I did a small research like I always do for selected casino here on AskGamblers site and wanna thank them because whenever I want to try some casino I always search here and I am always pleased with the results. I didn’t find anything big and even if I knew that this was well respected casino group but double check every time.

So back at my new journey with Club USA casino. Back then they were giving 25 $ free welcome offer, well whenever the casino is giving free chip I always use that offer before I decide to make a deposit. So I started to play with the free chip although the wagering was huge like always but ok, at least is free chip.

The first game I played there was Aladdins Wishes. At the beginning of my playing I put my bet to 1 dollar, but the few rounds I lost 7 dollars so I decide to lower my bet to 0.40 dollar a bet .so at least I can play for a while and who knows maybe wager it. When I lower the bet and after 3-4 rounds of spins there ,I trigger the free spins, uff why always that happened, lower the bet and there come the free spins round well that’s from my experience. The Alladins lamb 4 of them appear so I got free spins but my bet was 0.40 dollar and didn’t have great hits on the free spins so I finished with 6 dollars only. Well I was not on good way to wager the bonus, so I raise my bet to 1 dollar again and very quickly I lost my entire bonus.

I have never deposited there so since then I have never played either because I spend the free chip or you are not allowed to have more free chips if you have never deposited there. This Casino is solid, their customer support are really friendly, about theirs payout I don’t know but from others reviews about this casino there are good.

Next on my list for review is Club World Casino, also known as Club USA Casino. I have no idea why the casino have to use two different names, which can be confusing at times, but I presume that Club World (or USA) Casino is akin to William Hill Casino, in the sense that it is the 'father' of the group bearing the same name, namely Club World Casinos (CWC) and WHG. Both are well respected and renowned online gaming establishments.

Personally for me, Club World Casino shall remain my top favourite RTG casino, even though I have not been playing there again since. ;)

Club USA casino have this name for USA players, for me it is Club World casinos. I play there of course, because i like their group of casinos which have name club world casinos. I registered there to get 200% bonus which they offer me, I am think standard bonus is 100%, but i play previous in another casino of their group, and one day get offer with 200% on Club World casino. I register, confirm in live chat that i really eligible for this bonus (I am always trying to confirm can i get bonus or no, because sometimes you made deposit and then you see no bonus because you not eligible.).

So I start with 30$ deposit which was tripled by casino, and my balance is 90$. I am not big real time gaming slots player, and i am pretty sure that i play only 1/3 of their slots, and all others i even never open. I did not know why, but their slots not so cool like playtech games, or netent. Just i am not their big fan, so i am open often slot for me paydirt, and start playing at 1$ bets. Why i choose paydirt? It did not get you bored, stacked wilds on 2 and 4 reels, three different features all with possiblity to hit really big win, i do not need anything else. I play it and hit this 3scatters when my balance was only 20$ or so, and i get feature called ' strike it lucky' and this is my favorite feature, but imagine my dissapointed when i win only 4$ from it with 1$ bet!!! I became angry, upped my bet, and of course lost all.
