Club World Casino - Unfairly Removed Comp Points Worth $370
I played at Club World and I actually did very well. Initially I was able to cash out good after clearing a bonus. They paid promptly and I thought this is a great place. Then I login to play again and bonuses are removed. I ask customer service what is the deal. They stated I won too much and so I was no longer eligible for bonuses. Meanwhile I am continuing to play even without a bonus. I hit good again and had a solid cash out. I was told I would be paid out but my account was being closed...for winning too much. So I added a review here about it and they reopened my account...claimed it was a mistake. Someone obviously realized that a casino that closes accounts just because a player got lucky...is not really legitimate. I go back in and I try and use my comp points that I earned on their website risking my deposits and in most cases without even using bonuses. I click to comp points and it says this has been removed from your account. I had over 37,000 comp points. I understand...albeit do not agree with the practice of removing bonuses and loyalty programs from players because they are winning too much. I don't think that is right, but at least I understand their reasoning. But taking away what a player had already earned from play...that is just downright thievery and that is what they did. When I deposited and I continued playing back winnings...I did so because at the time I was eligible for comp points. I was having fun with the knowledge that if I busted out, I would have still earned some comp points to play some more. Well I never got to use what I earned because they stripped that away from me as well. So removal of bonuses...discriminated against for winning on their website...and then comp points taken away....again for winning on their website. I followed every single rule for their site and yes I got lucky and won more than I lost. Sometimes that happens in real casinos. Apparently with Club World players are only allowed to play there if they manage to lose more than they win. Completely unethical. Again if they would have said you can use your comp points because YOU LEGITIMATELY earned those points, but you will no longer accrue points because you have just won too much...I actually would have been okay with that. Pretty crappy for what is supposed to be a legitimate casino, but that would have been acceptable. Taking them away after I earned them is the same as forfeiting winnings. Again everything was above board...I just won too much at the casino so this is how I have been treated. I think every player should be fully aware that if they win more than they lose they will be treated like a cheat and the casino will not honor their loyalty program.

Club World Casino - Refusal to pay my winnings...
I am hesitant to file this complaint because I really enjoy playing slots at Club World Casino, but I feel I was jipped out of my winnings, and this may be the only way for resolution. I've been gambling with Club World for several months now - and I've made many deposits but no withdrawals until now. I recently won $259 using a $25 coupon with 10x max payout. My withdrawal attempt was declined for various reasons. First they needed verbal confirmation from my mom since I had used a card in her name in the past (so my mom and I completed their request). Next, my card wouldn't accept deposits - so I gave a list of my other cards in hopes to find one that works. I asked about having a check mailed but was told I couldn't because the amount was under the required minimum of $350. In the mean time, I continued to gamble and made deposits totaling $270. I was still trying to cash out the original $250 to verify that I can actually cash out my winnings - because what's the point of depositing hundreds of dollars to gamble with no chance of ever cashing out. Well, yesterday the withdrawal attempt was declined again and $234 was refunded as my balance. They deducted the $25 for the original bonus. I thought that since they took back their original $25, the money was now mine to do as I wish. I figured the only way to ever cash in was to win more than $350 so I could have a check mailed to me. After losing almost all, I surprisingly hit the random jackpot for over $1000. It was incredible, and I just kept getting lucky after that! I decided to be smart and ended up cashing in at $2500 (requesting a check). Well, this morning I had an email saying Club World couldn't verify any of my cards because they needed 6 digits rather than the 5 they originally told me. I was frustrated and decided to call Club World. I told the representative about my winfall. She put me on hold for quite some time to talk to a cashier, and came back to tell me she had bad news and good news. The bad news was that I wasn't entitled to the $2500 because it fell under the "bonus" terms. The good news was that i was entitled to $225 and they would send me a check. I explained I didn't think it was still under the bonus terms because they already took back their original $25. She again checked with the cashier and said that was not the case. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said she was a manager. I told her they might as well remove all the excess money if it was good for nothing. I later received an email stating that $225 was approved for payment and sent out - it wasn't $250 because they took $25 for a check processing fee. I have thought about this all day, and the more i think about it, the more upset I get. I feel that Club World truly owes me the full $2500. I do not feel I was still under the bonus terms because they declined my withdrawal request twice and deducted the original bonus amount from the amount they returned to me. In addition, I deposited more than $250 while attempting to cash that in. I feel that Club World is being dishonest. It's even more upsetting because I love playing at Club World, and if this hadn't happened, I would continue to be a loyal customer for years to come. Will someone please look in to this? Thank you for your time.

Club World Casino - My account and was closed and money confiscated
Im very dissapointed with this casino, and their ignorant staff which dont want to reply your answer but they rather change the topic on something unuseful. So there is my problem: I registered to Club world casino and used their no deposit bonus, i was playing i had some luck and did wagger bonus money enough times to make withdraw(300$). Later i realized maximum cashout from this bonus is 150$ but thats not important. I made withdraw request, then i talked with support on live chat, and here it goes: operater asked me if im still a student. Im only 18 years old full employed person, but its not long time i did end my school, so i accidentaly said yes. My account was freezed in 2 seconds after that. I told to support that was mistake, and how can i reopen my account. He said me to write to a casino cashier service so i did I explain them my situation, i send them pictures of my documents( for verification) I send them a picture of document which is total proof i am not student anymore. I even send them my JOB CONTRACT for 2 years full employment. If they would ask i can send them even more documents for proof But problem is they dont want to!! They ignore me, dont want to help me with nothing all they answer to me is copy/paste chat when operater ask me if im student and i said yes. Its not the problem about the money, i wont get rich or die from 300$ but the problem is because I CAN PROVE 1000% that i am not a student, but they still dont want cooperate with me. Im very dissapointed with this casino, i expect this problem to be resolved!!

I liked the games on Club World and I felt like the site was totally legitimate. I did receive cash outs in a timely manner. Overall it seemed like one of the best RTG sites online.

I hit a random jackpot then raised my waged amount up on Count Spectacular and hit a fair amount. I think overall I ended up cashing out $15,000. I was elated...best I had ever done online. Then my account was closed. Apparently if you win...you are no longer welcome at their casino. The only explanation provided was that management had decided to not taking anymore deposits from me due to my win/loss ratio. Can you imagine a real casino telling a player you have to leave because you were too lucky on our slot machines? Well that is what they did...and not just Club World...they banned me from playing any of their websites.

So yes you can win there, but cash out quickly because obviously this is one of the most unethical casino operations online. Just want everyone to be aware of what type of operation this is. Apparently only the casino is allowed to win.

Hi cheiftech, thanks for your review. We just wanted to clarify a few of your points as we feel your 1 star review is a little unfair and misleading. I've checked over your account and it still remains open since you had this issue in January 2016, it was never closed. Looking at the notes only your deposit options were blocked after you were trying to make deposits on top of a large balance you already had. Your account was never closed because you won and it remains open to this day. Maybe this is a case of crossed wires as this goes back over 12 months ago. Cashier wanted you to either cashout the winnings or play with it. Making further deposits on top of a big balance could cause problems with the money already in the balance if you took a bonus on the new deposit, bonus terms would then be applied to the full balance. To remove that risk your deposit options were temporarily removed until the balance had cleared. On January 18th 2016 you made contact with our Customer Support team and requested that you wanted to close your account with our sister casino Lucky Red as you were unable to redeem a promotion at that time. This was actioned at your request. We have never closed any of your accounts with us unless advised by you. I can only find you at two of our casinos and you are more welcome to play at any of our brands should you wish to do so. You self-excluded at Lucky Red which has no bearing on any accounts at other brands for the reason you wished for it to be closed. If the casino is unethical and only the casino is allowed to win, how is it you walked away from ClubWorld with more than double the money you deposited over a 7 month period? Are you trying to warn off other players who could also win? :o) Whether this is a case of crossed wires or a misunderstanding, it would be great if you were able to understand that you are still able to play, no account was ever closed because you won and that you were a winning player with us. You were also cashed out in a timely manner, between January 4th 2016 and March 11th you cashed out over $30,000.

Club World Casino belongs to the Club World Group of casinos and I have an account in every one of these casinos. The reason for that is because all of these casinos offer some descent no deposit bonus. This casino offers a 30$ no deposit bonus with a low wager of only 20 x bonus and a max cashout of 150$. This is a very descent offer because of the low wager value.

I have played the no deposit bonuses in all of these casinos and managed to wager the one in High Noon casino. I had a very nice withdrawal here of 300$, so was more than eager to take the bonus here and try my luck. I downloaded the software, made an account and redeemed the coupon in the cashier section. 30$ is a solid balance to start playing in an RTG casino. If the games are in a good mood you can work your balance to something higher.

I started playing Cleopatra’s Coins here on a minimum bet. I got two bonus rounds overall which paid little and my balance dropped to 20$. I decided to spent only 10 $ on a game so I moved on to Boy King Treasure. I was hoping for a bonus round here but got none and when my balance dropped to 10 I just moved on to Count Spectacular. I had some great wins on this game and when I got two bonus rounds here and my balance moved to 60$ I thought I would repeat my success. I turned on turbo mode raised my bet to 0.50 and started spinning. I got another bonus round and my balance went over 100$. I raised my bet to 1 $ hoping for another big win, but I got about 150 spins without a bonus and lost my balance.

If I played differently maybe I would have wagered the bonus, but I had fun playing here so I don’t mind. I saw that the casino rep I active in the complaints section here so I hope all complaints will be resolved to everyone’s satisfaction.

The website works and rarely has problems. They have nice promotions that extend your play but honestly please do not ever play slots here beyond the first two or three days after you open an account. If you are lucky enough to win, they will pay as promised but mind you there has been a delay of some sort every time but twice.

130,000 Slot Spins = 87.3% RTP = at best they use the lowest settings RTG has to offer which traditionally has been 91% but mine is worse. Also, I have played the exact same games with the same wagers and volume simultaneously at Slotocash and my RTP is 98.4% which is in line with industry standards/expectations.

Here are a few stats as of March 1st 2015 and I am happy to send them to you for verification. Please note that as of March 1st I had 120,000 spins with an rtp of 89.12% which is clearly awful beyond explanation. Also, while I am only sharing with you the bad in order to help you avoid my mistakes (playing slots here thinking positive variability would kick in and work in my favor in the short term), of course there are a few games I played less often where I did not get thoroughly destroyed.

However, the "bad" way outweighs the good--to the tune of an overall RTP that is shameful by any standards--and I will gladly share the logs. Here are the games and volumes that no one can say is "bad luck" because math is math and clearly Club World will literally take way more of your money than you expect if you are expecting standard rtp for slots.
Triple Twister 10,100 spins 77.4% rtp
Loch Ness Loot 6,900 spins 88.7% rtp
Small Fortune 5,500 spins 66% rtp
The Three Stooges II 5,760 spins 71.5%

Here is another one for you: In a one week period after initiating a withdraw, this is what happened:
All Real-Series Video Slots 4,200 spins with a total RTP of 71%.

Hi bribri, I'd like to look into this further as it seems you've been terribly unlucky as these %'s do not match the average. Would you be able to provide us with your username so that I can investigate further please?

There's not much to say about this casino. It was average with its selection as well as the game play. It was fine for a first experience but I probably won't be returning any time soon.

I like their selection but that is more a function of RTG software than anything else. Also, they have high deposit limits.

I won something decent here one time and then literally have deposited about $20k with an overall RTP of 80% across all games played including slots, table games, and video poker. The one time I did win something they gave me the same delay tactics that the other club world group sites did a year ago...international holiday, bank holiday, processor behind, etc. I am 100% sure their license agreement with RTG includes setting RTP because across well over $350,000 in handles my RTP is about 78.5% and that is nearly impossible. I play the same games elsewhere with way better luck and will stop playing here shortly if my "luck" does not change.

The site looks nice and the games play quickly (online).

When I played blackjack, the casino got blackjack 4 to 1 over me. It totaled 21 with 4 or more cards constantly. The mobile version did not play like that at all, it felt more even but extremely slow and limited in choice.

So... I've been playing craps at casinos for a while now. Thought I would give it a go online. I was playing a strategy to where you would bet the pass and don't pass line on the come out roll to prevent losses from the 7 (I bet the don't pass, it's better statistically). Anyhow... the only roll that can screw you is rolling a 12. The odds of rolling a 12 are about 1 in 36, that's a 2.777% chance. Incredibly the 12 showed up as often as a 7 normally would on the come out rolls. I had a period of 20 come out rolls and four 12s showed....

I can accept this as a fluke but it happens so often I could no longer ignore it. I switched to a different casino and no longer have that issue. So if you're a craps player, my advice is to stay far away from this casino. Slots were fun though so I am giving a few stars.

This will be my experience at Club World casino. Earlier this month I decided to join this casino, which is powered by Real Time Gaming software, because of their 30$ no deposit offer. I signed up, entered the bonus code and got the bonus money immediately.

Playthrough for this bonus was 600$ so I went to slot section and started there. First I played Cleopatra's Gold. I placed 0.20$ bets per spin and increased them to 0.60$ bets, and after 40 minutes of playing it, my balance went down to 18$. A few times small wins like 0.36$ appeared, but nothing more.

After that I switched to Raindance slot, which has 20 paylines. I placed 0.20$ bets, but within 30 spins I didn't get any kind of win, all of the spins were empty, so I increased my bet to 0.40$ per spin, still unfortunate, so with less than 10€ I decided to quit this game for Aztecs Treasure. I've played it before and I like the look of it. I placed 0.40$ bets and pressed autoplay, but eventually I busted and my balance went to a complete 0. So as you can see slots weren't successful for me this time.

Overall, I had a descent time at Club World casino. This time I can't say anything about withdrawals, but I might deposit there to try their poker games.

The only minuses I experienced were the slowness of instant play version and the fact that the games they have are not my favorites. At one point I think they even had a server error, because I couldn't load any of the games. I relogged into my account, restarted my computer, still nothing changed, I wasn't even able to contact the support, because a text "loading" appeared on my screen and didn't go away, so I just waited. And after about an hour everything worked again. So I would definitely recommend to use their casino download version.
