Playing in CAD is an illusion. It's always Euro, just translated for appearances. Sometimes you'll appear have enough in your account for a spin, but the game won't allow it because after adjustment to Euros, it's just shy of being enough.
Withdrawals to CAD are almost impossible, and way too expensive to be worthwhile. It took me three weeks to get them to wire me my winnings. Only after that did I realize that they paid me in Euros, and I was out $130 for a $2500 withdrawal without warning.
VIP program supposedly gives you access to a higher echelon of support chat agent. It doesn't. Nothing else is special about their VIP program.
