I've been a member for a while now and at one point everything was flowing smoothly was a model casino from my perspective.
All the games flowed correctly without lag or errors, customer service was timely and responsive, and there was a functioning loyalty department now its changed vastly different in many regards.
I actually closed my account today for various reasons.
I was considering doing it anyway for me personally the win:loss ratio was far too high and the fact that the deposit:bonus ratio was almost non existent prompted me also end of the day ones bankroll counts so rolling on after being a member for some time.

I'm going to make this simple and to the point and I'm regarding the current reviews and amount of "unresolved" complaints: something is odd.
I can't put my finger on it exactly but not only is the win:loss ratio for myself been low enough to reconsider deposits but the loyalty department is non existent (almost) and this goes for many not just Betvictor.
If a casino's isn't complimenting deposits or has very few bonuses if any I'm inclined to think the gearing of the business is toward maximizing profit by any means without looking after the customer base as I told them their house their rules but I'm free to leave.

One of the best selections of games. Sites easy to use especially depositing. Trustworthy operators but very slow. Decent chat reps. This was one of my favourite casinos until they restricted my account.

Used to use Skrill but that option has been removed. Only option available is credit card/visa only making withdraws up to 14days AFTER approval. Feel safer using Skrill as I'm not directly using my bank to casino instead of using a single entity Skrill for all casinos. Played here using Skrill for 10 years so no real options.
Bonuses are few and pointless.

I don't think BetVictor are as good with the bonuses as other sites. I don't get reload offers, free bets, and other bonuses as often as I do elsewhere.
In fact, I've been a member for years and can't recall a single offer. But I don't go looking for them, so that might just be me.

What do I dislike: Absolutely nothing. They've been very generous with bonuses and Know what Customer Service Is in the casino industry these days there seems to be a lacking of loyalty comps. Betvictor understands this where many others do not.

Big thing I look for is quick withdrawals. Less than 30mins into bank account at silly o’clock.
Then the what game providers they have available there’s a massive selection to chose from slots and live games which I found easy to navigate on my iPhone.

Was also easy to set my daily limits and get verified no hassle.

I self excluded from this Casino back in 2015. on the 14/1/19 I received an email from bet Victor asking me to log into my account, knowing the account was excluded I was curious so I did as the email said and logged in. My account was fully functional! Despite supposedly being permanently self excluded.

I went on there chat facility and was told by the adviser that the account was indeed self excluded and it was then blocked. I have been communication with Bet Victor on email and chat, I have been lied to about the situation numerous times. They have broken data protection laws as well as the self exclusion act and a re making a mockery of responsible gambling.

I have asked for compensation, and so far I haven't even been offered an apology.

Once you play your welcome bonus there’s really nothing else. They seem to focus more on sports betting and endlessly send you promos for that. I wouldn’t say it’s a place for people that want to deposit 50-100 for a little play because nothing will ever happen. I suppose it’s a good place for high rollers and sports punters. Yeah nothing really all just “meh” much better out there that cater more for casino players and regular bonuses.
