Website not working, unable to cashout my balance

Hello!
The site of the bookmaker betsocial.net has been unavailable since October (you can make sure by clicking on the link) and, as a result, I cannot access into my account and order money for withdraw.
I wrote e-mails to [email protected], but the box is no longer served (please look at screenshot).
I do not know what to do and beg you to help me contact the administration. It looks like they ran away with our money.

Slow payment

I deposited and use welcome bonus 100%. After wager require was meet, I have made a withdrawal, 11 days ago, amount was $ 2002$ but until today BetSocial has not been paid yet. BetSocial has not send any emails confirming my withdrawals. Transaction history has not record any deposit or withdrawal transactions. I sent my documents for verify and I sent questions about unpaid to [email protected] but they dont reply my email. I feel BetSocial unreliable.

Alot of games
Hard to find good stuff as no get withrawal

-No live support
-Email only and take long to get answer
-Contacted twitter etc, promising you a lot but I still didnt receive skrill cashout

Love the UX, especially on mobile. Very good design and fast site.
Good selection of games and the currency I needed.
MGA license always a big plus.

So far so good. Had to send in KYC documents but fairly standard on withdrawing. Went smooth.

Sportbook section and NetEnt as casino section as this operator

My withdrawal cannot get processed - I made deposits via Visa credit card
Support has no live chat, even then the site claims it
Responsible gaming is not existing, I requested limitation and it did not get set up
Top winner section shows incorrect results - I won e.g. an amount of approx. 100 Euro in a round and it showed up more than 5 times of the amount
Transactions are very slow
Email support replies just in morning on the following day
Support informed me to deposit with another method to make a withdrawal, issue is Neteller is impossible to use without having Skrill
No customers on its site explains my UX, it's just awful
